It was pretty loud. So don’t do a business meeting there. The gentlemen I had lunch with said their sandwiches were a little fatty. They would definitely come back they just wouldn’t order that sandwich. I had a cinnamon roll the size of a cake. I had no idea it was so big. My kids got to enjoy it for a few days. They said it was to sweet to eat all at once.

Updating my review. We went back in tonight to give Bucket List a go again. We mentioned to the server (Sierra) about the drink charges from last time and she said that absolutely wasn’t supposed to happen. She made things right with us. I think they upgraded their pickles. This time these were NOT green dyed nasties. This second meal was fantastic and the service was awesome. We really appreciated the care that Sierra took. Thank you!
Popped in last night for the first time to try Bucket List. We had a DonorTown coupon and figured, hey, why not?
The food we ordered was actually pretty delicious. My BBQ Bacon burger was cooked perfectly – I am extremely picky about having an extra well done burger, zero pink, and they hit the mark. My burger was full of flavor and still juicy. Thank you for that! My husband s French Dip sandwich was pretty delicious as well.
The downer to the sandwiches was the pickles and lack of lettuce for my burger. (I should have asked for some lettuce.) The pickles tasted like McDonald’s burger pickles. For the style and cost of these burgers and sandwiches I would expect a better pickle, not thin pickles full of dye 🙁
The bigger issue was the server not informing us that soda refills are not free… they are $3.75 EACH! My husband had 3 cups of Pespsi, which were VERY full of ice and very little soda, which cost us $11.25! I can’t remember the last time I had to pay for a soda refill. So, despite the food veibg delicious, this makes us reconsider returning.
And yes, we tipped pre discount total.

Really cool local place to get yummy appetizers and drinks! Their menu has slowly evolved. Their happy hour menu is really good. The servers here are very nice. This place is very kid friendly too. This place is one of our favorite local businesses to support in Castle Rock. You will almost always see the owner, Joel, walking around and interacting with customers, and asking how to improve the restaurant experience. I love his dedication to the community! Occasionally the head chef, Virginia, also makes an appearance too and she asks for customer feedback as well. You don’t see that too often where the higher ups are asking for feedback. Every Wednesday is all you can eat wings! Amazing atmosphere, drinks, food, kid friendly atmosphere, and wonderful place to host events as well! Wonderful addition to Castle Rock!
Update 5/28/25 – Still the amazing place I first reviewed! They’ve gotten their groove down here. We love their all you can eat wings! My kids ESPECIALLY love their creative mock tails!

Sierra did a great job serving us today.
I Got the All you can eat chicken wings and French fries and I Enjoyed the flavors that they had and the service was great. Sierra just got back from school and I thought she did a great job and served us Like she never took a break from work and my wife and enjoyed the service well.
They have a very friendly staff from management down to the servers that I had contact with.
We just moved into town, so we will be back.

Finally found really good wings in Castle Rock. Ordered extra crispy and they came out perfect! Great sauce selection and Wednesday is all you can eat wings and fries. The homemade blue cheese was the best I’ve had. Also tried the brisket sandwich and spicy situation sandwich, which were both were amazing! Definitely going back soon!

I was pretty disappointed in this meal. I was really hopeful that this would be our new spot. Maybe because it’s newer, they just need to work some Kinks out. Our appetizer came out with our meal, and my beef dip was cold. The French fries were my favorite part. They were double fried. My son and my husband enjoyed the meal much more than I did. The waitress was nice, but maybe had too much on her plate.

Met a friend for lunch. Plenty of parking. A variety of seating offered at the restaurant. Server was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My friend had the spring rolls and loved them. Looked fresh and she reported that they were super good. I had the ? Tuscan salad with chickpeas, capers, artichoke hearts, and more. Very pleased with the creative and colorful flavor combo. Fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I would go back and order the same. My meal was vegetarian, while being
nut and gluten free.

As a sports fan, I appreciate the full bar area complete with ample seating to catch the game. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, the separate dining area offers a more subdued environment that’s just as enjoyable.
The cherry on top has to be the expansive outdoor patio, which is perfect for Colorado’s beautiful weather. It adds another layer of versatility to an already fantastic dining experience.
This place truly has it all, and I can’t wait to return!

I brought my nephews in to celebrate their last day of school before winter break. We had a great time. Caleigh and the Manager were excellent. Gumbo was the best outside of NOLA.
