I love this place! I brought my grandmother here to celebrate her 75th birthday and we were able to do the igloo dining experience. It was so beautiful! Valerie is fantastic and she took such good care of us! She is friendly, outgoing, and so kind. She made my grandmother feel so special! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere outside in the igloo was equally if not more fantastic! Thank you so much Valerie for making our night unforgettable. I am truly grateful for everything you did for us!

My friends and I went for a ladies night out recently. The food was pretty good, but the drinks, dessert and atmosphere were amazing! If you go, try the banana pepper dip and the salted Carmel lava cake, you won’t regret it! We had a wonderful experience and our waitress Jessica was awesome, So attentive and friendly! Can’t wait to come back any try out their igloos!

We had the most incredible time with 12 kids and 11 adults for igloo dining at Canal Club, and I truly can’t say enough good things.
From the moment we arrived, everything was so well thought out. The igloos were warm, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large group — comfortable seating, great ambiance, and plenty of room for both adults and kiddos to enjoy themselves. Managing two igloos and a group this size isn’t easy, but the accommodations made it feel effortless.
The staff was absolutely wonderful — attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. Orders were handled smoothly, food came out hot and delicious, and we never felt rushed. The kids felt included and welcome, which made the entire experience even better for the adults.
It was one of those rare outings where everyone — kids and grown-ups alike — had an amazing time. Cozy, fun, organized, and memorable from start to finish. ✨
If you’re considering igloo dining for a larger group or a special gathering, this is 100% the place to do it. We’ll absolutely be back!

I will start by saying that I would never go here again. We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve through Resy. I called the day before, and the restaurant told me they could not honor it because there weren’t enough tables and the reservation was for the patio. Most places in Buffalo have heated patios when they are advertised, so I didn’t think anything of it. They also said there was no phone number or email listed on Resy, which is false. After the phone call, the reservation was canceled through the app. Why couldn’t that have been done a week ago?
I had my boyfriend call back to speak with a manager, as we would have been completely out of luck for New Year’s Eve with no backup plans just a day before. Suddenly, there was “magically” a table available.
When we arrived, there was a special NYE menu, with no prior indication that this would be the case. Additionally, wood-fired pizza is only available in the summer, which is also not indicated anywhere on their website. The NYE menu listed truffle fries and salt-and-vinegar fries, but no prices were shown. We assumed a small basket of fries would not be outrageous—however, they were $17.
Our waitress was also not very friendly. She didn’t ask how our food was or even say “Happy New Year’s Eve.” We waited over an hour and a half for our food. We arrived at 8:00 p.m. and didn’t eat until after 10:00 p.m.
I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. These are shady business practices paired with subpar, overpriced food.

Exhibit B: No Apps were comped per receipt.
Exhibit C: Reservation was made December 23rd, 2025 per Resy.
Exhibit D: Nowhere online indicates pizzas are seasonal.
Again, I would never go somewhere where the owner responds so poorly and blatantly lies online. My boyfriend would never swear at anyone, nor did we “harass” anyone. Please consider spending your money elsewhere.)

Canal Club 62 in North Tonawanda is my go-to spot every time I’m back home in Buffalo. The ambiance is effortlessly inviting, with a modern charm that makes every visit feel special. Ownership and management clearly take pride in creating a top-tier experience, and it shows in the incredible staff—Sam is one of the many awesome bartenders who always brings great energy, and Kayla is just one example of the outstanding team that makes you feel truly welcome. The food? Delicious! The buffalo cauliflower is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the pizzas are consistently delicious. Everything on the menu is outstanding. Great place to catch up with family, friends or savoring a solo evening, Canal Club 62 never disappoints.

$55.00 for a Sea Bass Special that was underwhelming at best. It was kind of a weird combination. I didn’t get the gravy and the caramelized onions with the risotto and fish. Very strange taste, in my humble opinion

It was a fantastic dining experience at Canal Club 62! We arrived a few minutes prior to our reservation and had drinks at the bar. They offer so many creative cocktails to choose from! I decided on the blueberry cosmo and then their perfect margarita. Their cocktails are divine! The meal was fabulous as well! We started with the sweet chili shrimp and lobster mac and cheese, which we were told unfortunately is leaving the menu after tonight. We were so thankful for the opportunity to sample it! The scallops and risotto for a main entree were amazing! They were served on top of a beef risotto offering a bit of surf and turf. Our server Delaney was excellent! She was so cheerful, prompt, and helpful with making great selections, including the Hoho cake and Espresso Martini, for dessert. Reservations are highly recommended. They were fully booked even before 5 pm. Overall, it was a sensational dining experience! I look forward to returning soon!

I am changing my review because of the incident that happened tonight. My party of two arrived for our time and we were sat basically outside next to the front door. We asked to be moved and the hostess said “no those tables our reserved” we then sat and asked our server who told us she told him no. We had made these reservations a week ago and I find it ridiculous that we were treated this way. We have always had a good experience here but this has really soured us and I don’t know if we will be back. Hopefully someone does reach out because I am still shocked at how we were treated.
