Can’t recommend it enough. If you want a delicious, high quality burger with amazing fries, it’s undoubtedly one of the best no frills just quality burgers you can get in town.

FANTASTIC!!!!! I just went for some fries for my Son but the owner told me how they make the slow roasted shredded chicken and I instantly became hungry. I ordered the chicken melt and MAN. I will DEFINITELY be returning! The fries are not only hand cut, fresh, featuring a variety of seasonings to choose from, but they truly are gluten free, which is a major win for my Son’s diet and palette. Family owned place too— really nice, down to Earth people. I’ll be trying one of them burgers next. RUN to this place—YUM!

When i bit into my cheddar burger bomb burger brought me great joy! Such a a delicious burger! The fry’s where also amazing. As I was ordering for the first time the owner was extremely kind and helpful in what to order. I asked about the company and he passionately shared the story of the business. I could tell he really loves what he is doing and it was reflected in the taste of the final product. Thanks!

Great burger and chicken burger. The beef is locally sourced and grass fed. Chicken was grilled and slow cooked. It was then shredded so very soft and moist. You can pick your seasoning for the fries. The kids meal was reasonably priced. They ate everything! We spent about $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

I’m visiting from Chicago, and decided to stop here for a cheeseburger and fries. Oh my what a pleasant surprise! Burger was perfect, juicy, thin patties, so go for the double cheeseburger, it will not disappoint. Fresh cut fries was the icing on the cake ❤️ the lady at the register is so pleasant and friendly. How could I not buy from her 🙂

The Ol’ Pot Hole is a gem in the Tucson premium outlets. I had the mushroom burger & it was absolutely delicious! You have to come try it. They make the patties by hand from locally sourced beef. The owner is super friendly too.

My parents and I ate here. We really enjoyed our food very much. Burgers were juicy with nicely melted cheese and the fries were crispy, skin on and choice of seasoning. We enjoyed it so much we ordered another burger to share. We ordered the mushroom swiss with 4 burger patties and added onions (pictured). THIS was the burger we enjoyed the most and more patties is the way to go to get the full burger experience! Fries were seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. We will be back!

Never heard of this place, was a little skeptical hearing it was inside the food court. I read more reviews and found out they were a food truck before. I also read that they use local Vera Earl Premium beef so I decided to give it a shot.
The burger had a great taste, there was a lot of seasoning throughout the whole burger. This is one of those burgers you order how it comes, no need to eat with ranch. I enjoyed the bun and the American cheese complimented everything well. I ordered lemon pepper fries and wasn’t disappointed, the seasoning wasn’t overbearing or over salty. I enjoyed the fries and will likely order the lemon pepper fries again.
I really enjoyed this burger all throughout, very delicious. Unfortunately not from the area but if I ever stop by, I will grab another burger.

Wish I could give them a higher rating! It’s been a minute since I last ate a burger from here, but just like the first time it did not disappoint! I got the Buffalo Blue and the BBQ Bomb, both were cooked perfectly! The Blue had the perfect amount of blue cheese, bacon, and buffalo sauce. The BBQ Bomb was amazing. It had a great BBQ sauce and perfectly caramelized onions. Happy to see the owner again, and am looking forward to trying their other menu items!
