I had the chili mac and a strawberry sundae. Everything was very good and I would go there again when in the area.

Young girls are rude, and asked for a large fry and we got skimped out on. Funny how a month ago we got the same things and it was $22 and this time it was $34.52, it’s like guess a price to pay when it comes to this place. Not too mention talking poorly about customers, what poor service!

Arctic Cafe is the best. We love there chili dogs and hand cut french fries. We’ve been regularly going once a week just for those. But can’t have your dinner without dessert, so we will add some ice cream to our order. So many choices and always great. Exceptional Staff 100%

Great Ice cream and fast service. I brought my baseball team and they were service then almost as fast as they could order. I ordered last and by the time I was done paying my ice cream was already done and waiting for me. With Friendly staff I can’t help but give 5 stars.

I have been going to this ice cream shop for over two years now and they used to fill their cups to the top with ice cream. The last four or five times we’ve gone. They don’t fill the cup with ice cream so if you’re getting a small, it’s more like you’re getting a kid size And this time we got flurries and halfway down the flurry there’s hardly any Oreo It’s been pretty disappointing. The last couple times the ice cream is yummy but for what you’re paying, you should at least get the full size cup in the full size amount of whatever ingredient you’re ordering. I won’t stop going, but it’s frustrating when you’re paying for something that you don’t get the full amount

I’ve always had good experiences here but I had a wonderful experience on Tuesday despite the unfortunate circumstances. I came in to get a pup cup for my 17 year old dog Pasha before his appointment to be put down and the young girl working the counter that afternoon really went above and beyond making the pup cup for him and was incredibly kind and compassionate when I explained the situation to her. Pasha loved his pup cup and getting to try a little bit of chocolate before his passing and it really made what was an incredibly difficult day a little bit easier.
