I’ve known that this location has never been fast. I’ve been patient and understanding when the orders are pilling in and the workers are doing their best to complete those orders. So when I ordered online tonight I took my time making my way to the store. When I left my house it said my food was ready. I arrived and there were 4 people in the lobby and no worker in sight. Over 30 minutes of waiting, people trying to get the lady in the backs attention, calling the store, and one customer leaving, she finally comes out from the back and says “I was on my 15 minute break.” One of my sandwiches was just sitting open and unwrapped this entire time. She then tried to give me a bag without the sandwich sitting right in front of her until I said something about it. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have left. No words can describe how unprofessional and ridiculous this interaction was. I will never order from this location again.

The manager on duty 1.14.26 at 12/12:30 pm was rude and would not stop barking and nagging on the kids working. It was unprofessional and embarrassing. She was a menace and hindering the employees performance. Had to argue and fight for what was put on my sandwiches. 3 pickle slices and exactly 8 olive slices to a footlong was just the start. I had to ask for more olives a couple of times and the manager snapped “that will cost more”… “okay, more olives please.” I don’t know what this ladies problem is but thise kids deserve better and the customers deserve better. Will not be visiting this Subway again and as its in my neighborhood will tell anyone that will losten to avoid it as well.

The people that work here make great sandwiches; the problem becomes when there is only ever a single person working. When I place a mobile order and I have to wait an extra 30 minutes because there are people in line, more mobile orders, and only one person working…you need to staff more people. I don’t appreciate my order getting bumped while I’m sitting in the store so the employee can help people [another employee, at that] in line who did not think ahead to order online. Almost one whole hour from order to receiving the sandwich is unacceptable for a Subway.

I ordered off the app online second time in a row. It took almost an hour to get my food. Then when I got my food, it was hideous. If you see from the picture, it didn’t even Cover the bottom of the box had three little tiny pieces of chicken on it. The box is not even halfway full. Same with the steak nachos boxes is halfway full and three little pieces of meat

I say this with all the kindness in my heart…. Get that lady working today (Feb 6th) some help or find her a new position that doesn’t involve customer interaction. I’m sure she doesn’t mean any harm but she is rude. This is not the first time I have been to this location when she’s been working and it seems to get have gotten worse. I understand being overworked but honey advocate for yourself and/or find a career you truly love. Almost every time I’ve went into the store she is complaining about getting the crappy end of the stick, being by herself with no help and how she usually has to cover for someone who couldn’t make it into work. I’m sure it’s frustrating but it’s inappropriate conversation to have with/around customers. Please hire more staff for this store ❤️

Never leave reviews but had to parrot the same notion as other reviews here. The MOD was embarrassing to watch. Wish I would’ve caught her name but absolutely overbearing and making the workers day harder for no reason. May god have mercy on any employee working during her shift.

My nephew with Down’s syndrome loves subway. He recently received gift cards for Christmas. Today he forgot his gift card and had to come out to tell me that with a $26 order they wouldn’t accept the $50 and he asked me for smaller bills. I did not have anything but the 50. She snatched it from his hand. So rude! Will not go there again!!

Was in a hurry and stopped in to this Subway. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. I had the Sweet Onion Teriyaki foot long and it was done to perfection. The person helping me did an excellent job and my sandwich was done correctly. All the ingredients behind the counter looked fresh and the bread was fresh as well. I have been in Subways in the past and they were not so clean and everything looked nasty. Not at this Subway, you can tell the staff working actually cared. Didn’t have time to take photos so I will be back.

I’ll never go to the subway again the lady at the counter was very rude I asked for olives on my sandwich and she put three olives I asked for more olives and she wanted to charge me more the littlest sandwich I’ve ever gotten from a Subway order a 6-in ham and turkey and the lady literally puts three pieces of ham three pieces of Turkey and three olives. This Subway gets a 1 out of 10 the worst service I’ve ever had at a subway so if you’re expecting to get a healthy Hardy sandwich this ain’t the place

The owner(s) should schedule more than one person, especially on the weekends. The poor kids can’t keep up. Just coming from someone who managed a subway for 7 years. This location is also always out of vegetables. Another concern for the owners.
