We ordered delivery so I haven’t been to the location yet but the service over the phone was excellent . The woman who took the order was very patient. The food arrived about an hour later and I must say I’m impressed. The only real complaint is the driver did not actually deliver the food to the door. It was delivered to the neighbor downstairs. Thankfully he was an honest man and brought it up.

Great food, pricing is a bit higher but worth it. If staff makes mistake they remake the pizza and give you the other free if you want it. Friendly staff. Say hi to Peyton the delivery staff member. The guy who took our order over the phone was absolutely rude. He gave 1 one word responses and acted like he couldn’t wait to get us off the phone. The pizza was not good. There was no sauce. It was like cardboard with cheese. The only good thing was the delivery driver was super nice. I will not order here again

Marcos Pizza is very underrated, they have high quality pizzas compared to other chains. I recommend to try at least once. Only location in East Texas is Tyler.

We go here pretty frequently because it’s the only pizza my picky eater youngest will eat, and the rest of us enjoy it too. The staff is always very friendly and the good is always great. IMO, it’s the best pizza company, certainly in this region.

I would love to give a shout out to the manager (I believe he is the manager). I had several issues with the website trying to place an order. I ended up having to place two separate orders and then continued to have issues using my credit card. He was very understanding and took care of us. This was my first time purchasing pizza at Marco’s, and it was a wonderful experience. We will be back because of the customer service at the Durant location.
