The last day in 915/El Paso for Christmas family time so wife and I do everything possible to visit our favorite places to eat. The business is located in a small strip mall where parking is limited. As you enter, you are taken to your table and given menus. We truly enjoy the fresh noodles ( order them when you visit) We started with egg rolls which dont have a hard shell. Mother of Cashew ordered Orange chicken with noodles and i ordered the combination plate of noodles. While waiting, they had techno music looping which was a bit annoying. The food quickly arrived and upon bite one the fresh taste burst. I had some of the orange chicken and the chicken wasn’t as good as my noodles. The actual chicken had no flavor once you get past the orange covering. When you add the red pepper sauce at the table it only enhances the flavor. It’s a tad pricy ($41 w/waters) for two plates yet the flavor made it worth the trip when we returned home.

Last Sunday afternoon we tried this place for the first time. The place was empty except for our host. My wife and I felt very special and kind of leary because there were no other customers. We both ordered hot and sour soup for an appetizer and the serving was huge and had wonderful flavor and spice. Our entrees were not far behind and impressed us both. A conglomerate of flavors and spices did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this restaurant and cuisine. The iced tea was an honorable mention. The tea was a mix of black tea and jasmine … try it for yourself •••

Amazing spot to eat. Server was super nice and helpful!
The orange chicken was so flavorful, it was a big portion. I will say the orange sauce was a lot, I would have preferred less sauce because it was really over powering the chicken.
We also got barbecue boa, I would have liked more meat but it was really good and soft.

I order (3) potstickers, one beef noodle soup and one beef noodle dish. Everything was super bland and textures were soft and a little slimy. Nothing was flavored packed. All my order was take out. I added soy sauce and siracha — did not help my soup at all. My soup noodles remind me of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup noodles or cup of ramen. Texture and flavor are so bad. Broth was as bland as you’d expect. My husband’s Beef noodles were super overcooked and the sauce was a bland tomato sauce (?) Potstickers were bland and texture was not correct. Young dude at counter was not very polite. Bathrooms are dirty. This place was nice an east-central gem. Those days are long gone. $65 down the drain. Lesson learned.

They are no longer “ hand pulled” noodles ! My wife’s noodles tasted and had the texture of the noodles you get from the cup of noodles and my noodles were so over cooked! And tasted like they were tossed in flavorless tomato sauce , by far the worse noodles and dumplings I have ever eaten and in my life and I am 52 years old! The young man that took our order referred us as hey, hey , here’s the menu ! He seemed really annoyed for being at work, 65 dollars??? And to top it off , it was our valentines dinner!! You should not eat at this restaurant!!! Sorry but my wife and I have to be honest, eating out for us a treat, we don’t eat out a lot !!

Walked in thinking it was the same as the one off George dieter. I was extremely disappointed. The quality is lacking. Ordered the beef spicy soup and you can tell the noodles they gave me were from a store bought package of ramen. Will not be back

The food was really good. Just did not like walking in not being greeted and sitting myself there were tables that were not wiped down. The server was on his phone. When I got done eating I had to call him out several times to ask for a box cuz he was too busy sitting on his phone with his hand down his pants.
