I placed a $48 order on the app. My husband drove to the store to pick it up which is about 20 minutes from home. He came home and everything looked fresh and good we started figuring out who got what that’s when the trouble started. Two of our footlong sandwiches had the wrong toppings. I called back to the store and was told they would happily remake the sandwiches if I brought them back. I stated I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes back and then 20 minutes back home. They told me that was the only option. I said I was not trying to get a full meal replacement but thought they could give me a discount of some sort on my next order. I was told they have no coupons. I let her know that I would be calling corporate tomorrow. I even offered to send her pictures of the sandwiches and the receipt to show they were wrong.

Food was great and made right. A little sloppy but subs can get that way. Only issue was the service. A red headed kid was “sweeping”, looked more like acting busy, but he was twirling the broom around in the air and swinging it towards our food being made on the counter. Workers then proceed to say in front of us “maybe if we park our cars in the front people will stop coming in”.

There is mold and roches. I found a hair in my food (they wouldn’t replace my food). There mold in the soda mechanic. They serve old bread and soups. And the service was terrible. Everyone had an attitude. The manager April was so rude and just kept saying “ there was nothing she could do”

Absolutely a terrible place to try an order from. Since the new owners, they have gone down hill. The people blankly ignore your request for what you ask for. Light on something, they’ll just pile it on there. The amount of stuff they have put on their sandwiches have even changed. 8 pepperoni total for double meat. Do you realize what I am paying. Not like it was, just a month ago.

Went in at 8:40 pm, closes at 10, is said their dine in was closed, they had already mopped floors, look like a bunch of kids in there and they wanted to get out of there. Was no obvious reason to have it closed, lost business for a party of 8, guess getting out of there was more important than customer service.

We ordered online to dine in and eat. We received our food with none of our sides and that was the first thing I had to go and ask about. Once we opened our sandwiches we realized that they didn’t give us the correct bread nor toast them when, when we walked through the door and I asked them to specifically extra toast mine because I like mine crunchy even tho we put it in the notes on the order online. One of my friends opened theirs and they didn’t even heat it at all. I took hers up there too let someone know and it turned into a blaming game between the workers on who made it. (Btw she did take a bite and that is how she realized it was freezing cold.) they took her food back (which is a violation of health code) and heated it then brought it back to her smooshed ( the same sandwich). Like they squoze it. At this point we were so over it because everyone were being rude. The guy almost slammed her food back down on the table. My biggest thing is how do you mess up an online order when you have it right in front of you.
