One of my local favorites! Love the owners. Family owned and operated in Brooksville. Some of the best brick oven pizza ( light on the sauce for me). Fresh dough and ingredients, thin and crispy! My husband loves an old fashion and this is the place to go locally. Bourbon variety extraordinaire! I love their version of a mimosa with brown sugar rim and bourbon! Highly recommend!

Super fun tap room and bar. We went for breakfast next door and popped in here for a drink while we waited. They have a great selection of local draft beers and carefully crafted mixed drinks. Great experience. Highly recommended.

The taproom has a great beer and bourbon selection, local craft beers. However, serving the beer in a plastic cup is unacceptable in my opinion. I would’ve bought a glass pint if it had been suggested. As for the restaurant, you cannot beat the service, the food and the atmosphere. Our server, Stephanie, saved the day by finding me a glass pint so I could have another beer. Otherwise, I would’ve switched to ice water.. I had the Papa Gator’s brisket sandwich, which was amazing and my wife had the coconut shrimp which were ample and big. Don’t order the collard greens unless you have a large appetite because the portions are not small. I only gave them a four star just because of the beer in plastic cups.

Loved it all!!! Had the Sangria, which was perfection… Actually, it’s the best I’ve ever had. We also had the Cuban Pizza which was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely become regulars here as we booked a 6 month stay in Brooksville for next winter.

We LOVE THIS WONDERFUL AND RUSTIC RESTAURANT!!! I had one of my best ever dining experiences here at this funky country restaurant! We were in Brooksville for the Blueberry Festival and read about this restaurant being popular and highly rated. From the pictures, I could see this was my type of place!! The place was super busy, and a very long wait flew by as we grabbed a brew at the Tap Room and sat on the patio chatting while reviewing the menu Everything looked great . We also looked quickly in the gift shop as well. Our server was fantastic!! Recommended a couple of items not to pass on as well. The manager also came by to check on us several times! The food was priced really well, and the food knocked our socks off !! The catfish, the cheese grits, the GREENS, the burger , everything was hot and delicious. I can’t wait to go back….no Festival needed. The Florida Cracker Tap Room and Restaurant is a DESTINATION not to be missed!!!

Great, lively atmosphere. Live musicians sounded like the real deal! Indoor and large outdoor areas. Large well stocked bar with a well coriographed staff. Great selection on tap. Beer flights available. The IPA’s were fantastic. Cuban pizza was a definite winner. Lexi. Thank you for the hospitality. I will definitely return.

Ordered dinner to go online and it was ready when we stopped in. The had live music, looked like a fun spot to spend some time. The Cuban pizza was delicious, the tap house salad was a little plain but I ordered it without beets.

Be prepared for a two hour wait-list. Even though there are empty tables. We waited and eventually just ordered to go to sit at the bar nextdoor and eat. The shrimp and fries grits were good though.
