Tried the Vietnamese pho at Rolled and it was honestly so comforting. The broth was light yet flavourful, noodles were perfectly cooked, and the herbs made it feel really fresh. Portion size was generous and everything tasted well balanced, not overpowering. Definitely a go-to spot when you want something warm and satisfying. Will be back for more!

It took 10 mins with no one ahead of me to get Vietnamese baguette as I watched staff do tic toc dances. Once the food arrived crackling was uneditable too big and too thick, a little bit of chilli I asked was so much chilli I choked, hardly any pork for $11.90. Terrible.

Around 11am today I purchased 3 rice paper rolls from your store. In one of them I found a long hair. I had already taken a bite, and when I pulled the rest of the roll out, the hair came with it. This was extremely unhygienic and very unpleasant.
I returned to the store, where the staff member apologised but did not offer a refund—only a replacement, which I did not dare to eat. When I asked whether food handlers wear hair nets while preparing food, I was told they do not.
This experience left me feeling sick for hours and was incredibly disappointing. I strongly urge you to review your food safety and hygiene practices.

The food was absolutely phenomenal! The new Knox is such an extraordinary improvement.
The letdown, some/majority of staff. It was busy, it was messy. You can see they’re not all on the same page and there are definitely cliques and gossip going on.
The person handing out food would stand around and not provide help to others regardless of how busy. There seemed to be multiple people moving around aimlessly. Whilst it was still busy and I had already waited some time for food all but three of the Team seemed to disappear at once! I’m not sure if shifts end at 3 but there definitely wasn’t any concern for the mess, chaos or the workload left for the 3 left behind. HOWEVER! The three staff members who were still working away are an absolute blessing to this store! They remained calm, polite, friendly and were considerate of their fellow team and were there to do the work and do it well. They really do deserve to be acknowledged, regardless of the food if it wasn’t for the three I could say I would never have returned otherwise.
