Extremely long wait times. Lids on two of our drinks were not on all the way resulting in a spill and our third cup had three sip holes in the lid. You could feel the staff’s frustration with one a other as well.

I frequent Starbucks. This is the first time I visited this particular Starbucks. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food here. The pumpkin bread tasted at least day old. I did not ask for it to be warmed up however it was warmed up most likely to attempt to cover up that it was going stale. The bacon on my bacon, gouda, egg sandwich was burnt and inedible. The coffe was fine. Overall a very disappointing visit.

I come every morning for my coffee that brightens my day, the morning shift is my favorite, they are very kind to me and they already know my order because it is the same as always , I have also studied there and it is very calm, the atmosphere is very friendly and inside they are like a family, thank you guys for being so nice to me

Consistent coffee experience. Location seemed to be understaffed and subsequently slow although the staff who was there was friendly and courteous.

If I may offer some constructive criticism.. since you’re always backed up with drinks it would be great if you wait until someone’s drink is ready before you warm up their pastry. By the time I get my drink my croissant is not warm at all anymore which makes it half as good. For what you charge for tiny croissants they should be fresh and warm when I have my drink.
