Restaurant was nice. Had good atmosphere. Was nice and empty when we came through. The food was fairly priced, and the waitress was good. The food came out hot and the menu itself told people to support local beef which is a huge advantage to me. Will go again for sure.

The service here is always great. If u live here, you will quickly become a regular. My favorite to get the chicken fried steak and eggs. The pancakes are also a good choice for breakfast. Overall, a real mom and pop feel to the place. Gotta love it.

We have ate here three times now and every single time we were very disappointed. They never seem to have wine and they’re usually out of half of the bottled beers they advertise (nothing on tap). We asked if they served breakfast and told that they had some breakfast stuff but no breakfast menu. We finally figured what stuff they do serve and asked if they had hash browns and they said yes…. Ended up being tater tots. The ladies room had a cloth curtain for a “door” and soap and towel dispenser didn’t work. Staff didn’t seem motivated at all and when I asked for ice water the ice was scooped out by hand after she had handled cash. It’s a cute little place with potential but it just needs staff and ownership who care

We had a group go in for lunch. There were 4 tables clean, the rest had other customers dishes and food debris on them. We ordered our food and it came out in decent time. The food was good. There was only 1 wait staff working the whole establishment and she was not trying very hard to clear off tables for new customers. Matter of fact I didn’t see her clear off one table in the hour we spent there. She definitely didn’t come back to check on anything. Refills, how the food was, nothing.
I have a mixed review going here, because the next time we went there the waitress was very pleasant and was on the ball. She done great. Although I do not know there names, so that doesn’t help anyone.

I ordered the sirloin, received a mystery cutlet. The side salad had more water than lettuce. No draft beer. I hate leaving a restaurant wishing it was as good as the pictures led me to believe.

We have eaten here several times and up til today it was OK. Upon trying to order, we were told they didn’t have a cook for 10 minutes and we’d have to wait. When we eventually got our meal, my wife found a long brown hair in her eggs. I asked for cocktail sauce for my shrimp. I was given a small cup and it was frozen. I returned it and it came back half watery and half still frozen. Neither of our steaks were made as we requested. Numerous flies made trying to eat difficult. In all fairness the waitress did remove my wife’s meal from the bill. As stated earlier, in the past eating there was OK. Pretty sure we won’t be going back in the near future.

For a small town restaurant, it’s pretty good! Asked if they cook their burgers to temperature, and waitress said they do. Asked for medium rare. Got charred overcooked meat. I asked the waitress if that’s how they always cook it, she replied “I asked him to make it medium rare..”. She was a sweetheart! Really tried to make everything she could to make my experience great! Was it great? No. Was it good enough? For sure! Was it plenty of food and affordable – you bet it was!

The food was ok when it finally arrived. They said the fans blew away our ticket so it was almost 45 minutes from order to arrival. My coworker said the burger was pretty good, my fish and chips however were over cooked and very dry. They offered a free dessert due to the extra wait time but we didn’t know how much longer that would take so we declined.

Lovely people and good food (we had a cheese pizza between the two of us) at the Main Event! The owners Mike and Mara sent out some melon for dessert which was very delicious. Our waitress Peggy was very kind too and made a really interesting drink with shrimp, jerky, and celery for another patron. Would definitely recommend!
