I ordered two pies and after about 5 minutes, it said my order was ready. I was already in the parking lot and thought that was fast – I came in and they were still making it. The tracker on the TV also said all the orders were ready. I’m not sure if they are recorded on how fast they are but if they are, they are completely lying. I’ve been here for 10 minutes still waiting. Please make your wait times accurate and stop running a fraudulent store.

I ordered delivery at 11 for me and my buddies, a man named David delivered it and in The most meaningful way possible it was the greatest delivery of my life that man deserves a insane high raise, and he deserves the world because it was actually amazing and extremely genuinely euphoric, and he might be the greatest delivery man of all time. I’m so over this place. I keep thinking the next order will be better but they amaze me everytime. The food is always burnt but when it gets to the house it’s cold? I’m not sure if the drivers are taking too many deliveries at once or if the food sits at the restaurant waiting but it makes no sense to me.

i order a pizza and my app told me it was ready even on the tv at the spot told me it was ready and they was still making the pizza … a couple (not all ) employees gave me a attitude due to me telling him my order is ready and still had to wait 15 minutes once i got my pizza im was missing toppings and they just said sorry not the first time , im over this place

So I was originally very annoyed with this place. I had ordered food for my family on a day where I had to be to sleep for work (I work overnights) and waited almost 4 hours for it. I love their food but this was insane.
HOW EVER. The manager was so amazing he called me randomly two days later and offered to remake the whole order and send it to my house for free and also came in like 20 minutes.. He went above and beyond and for that reason alone I will continue to love this place. Yall are legit awesome because it was so unexpected.
They have staffing issues like any other place. But they do do their best to rectify any issues so they get five stars in my book

I have ordered from this location twice. The delivery driver refused to come to my location after I explained how to get to me. He told me to cancel my order. When I called the store, they listened to me and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me.
