Food is great, if you don’t mind waiting an hour for 2 tacos and some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. No refills, no salt for the table. No check back, NOTHING. And yes, we did need something. My 75 year old mother left still hungry because our waitress thought the table next to us was more important than us. We counted at least 6 times she went to them while we sat without. How is this ok? Will not be going back. There are other places im town that have good tacos

I seriously wanted this place to be good . Upon entering the restaurant was dirty. I asked to place a Togo order and given a list of many menu items not available. I ordered tacos el pastor . The meal was absolutely sad 2 tiny tacos almost no meat barely any rice or beans . Lacked flavor and seasoning . Got my food home and had no napkins or utensils. With all the options in Lubbock for Mexican food I will never return .

This review is a to be continue one, I came here and got the menudo ( which by the way was very delicious , also got rid of my cold symptoms ) back in October and just never had a chance till now to get back to it. But now we here and I got two of the bartenders favorite drinks (which she specified were good… no lie they were.) Deep eddy Chilton for $4.50. Was a real refreshing drink. I had the lemon and the cucumber, my favorite has been the Lemon but to each its own taste buds. Also it came with chips and salsa ( salsa very delicious as well) and I had the creamy chicken chimichanga for dinner pretty meaty, needed some flavor in the meat. Charro bean were good rice was flavorful. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks to the bartender Delilah who suggested the drinks shouts out to her and her buzzing drinks . By the way, on Tuesdays the have tacos for a dollar so Overall this place is really affordable. Might not be the best restaurant in Lubbock but definitely friendly an the best filling , get your bang for your bucks!

First time going here today, the server was great! To start off the chips and salsa are great!! Salsa had the right amount of heat and it’s tasty! I ordered the Locos combo, chile relleno, a tamale, and a chicken enchilada, it was really delicious! And only for $9.99! A giant plate of food, definitely worth it! I would definitely recommend!!

The food is never good. When my daughter was only a few months old the waitress flipped a high chair upside down and made us put her car seat on it. It eventually fell over and thank God my husband caught her car seat and she was unharmed. The waitress laughed at us for getting upset and the manager acted like it was our fault. We have had Terrible service Everytime we have gone.

We have come here since it opened. Had never had an issue until lately. I was hoping it would have been better this time than the past couple of visits. Unfortunately it was not. We went on a taco Tuesday and we’re sat in the bar area. The server took forever to take our order and never came back to check on us or refill our water. She took a simple order of tacos (you choose either soft or crispy) and she couldn’t even get that right. Yesterday we went and ordered a caldo but apparently they were out so w inite asked for menudo instead. My husband a large and I, a regular size. My husband’s menudo barely had any meat in it. Paying for a large and getting what would appear like a regular leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Mine could have been a child’s bowl, same thing barely any meat or posole. It did used to be this way but it has gone downhill since then. There are always new fcheckedeaces for servers and apparently they hire folks with no experience. I don’t think I’ll be spending any more of my money there. Paying almost $33. 00 for a regular and large menudo and 2 soft drinks is ridiculous for what we received. I will say on a positive, our server checked on us better than most.

It’s cinco de Mayo, so forget the rain, we’re going out to celebrate. We ordered $4 margaritas. The company used the Milagro name brand, so as a customer, you can choose silver, reposado, or anejo tequila. We tried the silver and the anejo. They were good! Our server was Zach, and he was friendly and fun to talk to. We also ordered some wings and fried cheese sticks. Overall, we had great service!

Showed up was slightly worried due to it being slow but man was I wrong everything came out in a timely manner and was fresh tasting! The guisada was flavored wonderfully and the enchiladas hit every note, was kind of greasy but tasty all the same. We were pleased with everything we ate and the service was great we will be back!
