When you sit down, you order through a q r code located on the table. My food did arrive promptly and looked great. The french fries were well done. They were nice and crispy on the outside.Soft on the inside not overdone. My burger was definitely well done. I’d ordered medium, but it came out well done. It still tasted great and all of the items on the burger seemed fresh and crisp.

The problem arose when I wanted a little more iced tea, i asked the server who walked by who I figured was my server.Because she brought my food to me in the first place. And I waited. I then asked another server if I could get a refill on my iced tea and she said yes.But still it never came. I waited about fifteen minutes.I really needed the iced tea to wash down the meal so I ended up leaving it. When I was leaving, one of the servers was standing there and ask me how everything was because I obviously hadn’t eaten all of my lunch and I let her know that I never got my refill on my iced tea.So I was unable to eat half my lunch. Her reply was well, I told your server.

To be clear, I waited until my food was basically unedible because it was just too cold.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this establishment.

The service is clearly below an acceptable standard. I had read the previous reviews but decided to give it a chance anyway. The burger was okay, but the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. The staff were friendly, however ordering is only possible via the app, which is quite inconvenient. If you have the option, it’s better to go somewhere else.

Dirty, small redundant menu, with low quality. Skip it. Better off getting fast food and a drink at one of the bar spots in this. American/ delta, terminal.

I never leave reviews… but this one earned it.

The service felt like trailer park hospitality with a bonus layer of attitude. The fries were cold, the burger was cold and cooked well-done (despite ordering medium), and the overall vibe suggested we were inconveniencing someone by being there.

If you’re stopping in for a bottled beer and zero expectations, you might be fine. Otherwise… I’d recommend staying far, far away.

Mediocre food, mediocre service. $29.00 for a burger, fries, and a coke. No menu, no server… only a QR code where I order my own stuff and a food runner who also brought me a refill. Minimum tip option is 18% lol. For what? Give me a menu, introduce yourself, be a server and you’ll get the 18-25%. I would have rather eaten at the Burger King which is a few steps away. I would have likely enjoyed it more and would have saved $15.00 and a tip. Do better.

The worst and has been for years. The servers must be related to the owners, otherwise they couldn’t possibly keep their jobs. The QR menu posted on the tables may or may not work, but regardless, the servers will act surprised when you say it doesn’t and act like you have committed a crime against their souls. I wish I could enjoy their food but after several attempts, they have only once gotten it right and that was because it was just fries. With limited food vendors at the SAV airport, definitely these folks understand the near-monopoly that they operate within. What they don’t understand is southern hospitality, service without attitude, and that people read reviews.

At an airport restaurant, speed of service is imperative. Waiting 40 minutes from ordering until food delivery is unacceptable.

Food was mediocre for the price. Not many options; fewer than the options on the menu photos posted. Had to order via QR code and received plastic drinkware and cutlery. No wait for a table, but the restaurant was crowded. Definitely not planning to visit here again.

Don’t visit this restaurant unless you have a LONG time before boarding. Management needs to hire more cooks.

Server was friendly.

On a quiet airport day, the service is adequate and the flavor was about par for the course. What puts them in bogey range is, like most USA airport restaurant food, it’s so incredibly low-quality that it causes my GI tract to explode.

Quite possibly the worst ordering scenario I’ve ever encountered. The QR code wants you to sign up for a “club” before you can place an order.

I thought I did everything right. Then my order came out with two sandwiches(I only ordered one), a missing drink and no water after I asked for it.

This place is the epitome of “put it online, take away the humans”.

If dining in the Savannah airport I would suggest doing so at another place.

Pretty good burger served FAST, tasty and fresh toppings, decent sized patty, tasted great despite being cooked well done (no other option). Could have used some additional servers, ours was working her tail off (and had a lot of tables to cover.) I had fries with my burger but a colleague said the homemade chips (instead) were worth the wait! I’d eat here again!
