I had an amazing experience at this Papa John’s location! Mr. John provided the best customer service, demonstrating incredible patience as my daughter changed our order multiple times. He smiled throughout and ensured we received the best quality pizza. The staff was quick and professional, making our visit seamless. I ordered papadias from this place today, but what I received is not papadias. They simply made a pizza and folded it. This is extremely disappointing. I have ordered papadias from here before, and this is not the same. Please see the attached picture.

last time i ordered was 12 years ago. I thought i would give it a try so I Ordered the cheese alfredo pizza and they forgot to put the alfredo sauce!! It was literally cheese and crust. What a waste of money, I just paid 11 dollars for a large cheese bread. i now have to make pasta for my boys and give them this as cheese bread.
I just gave them one more chance. 3 of the slices had no cheese!!! I mean i felt like i got ripped off!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My family and I were traveling out to Ontario for a son’s gymnastics meet and some of my family was stuck back at a hotel for the evening. I ordered some pizza to be delivered to our hotel. It was a Saturday night so I had low expectations in terms of how long it out take and how good the pizza would be. The pizza ended up being great! The delivery dude was very helpful and called when he got to our hotel lobby to make sure the right person would get it and met my daughter in the lobby! On top of that, the pizza came 20 minutes earlier than projected. Way to go Papa John’s!
