Got the wings. The mango habanero was their spiciest and it was far from spicy. The Carolina gold was decent. Buddy got a burger that looked tremendous. Reasonable prices, good service.

Excellent watering hole located right next to the railroad tracks. 4 trains rolled by during my visit. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent! My favorite part was the beer, Keno, pull-tabs and various other lottery games! Kept me busy and left me busted when I walked out. Overall a great time and I’ll be visiting again soon!! 5 ✨’s

Soft opening tonight and the place was packed. The food was great and some really good signature drinks. I really liked the manhattan. I also had the farm burger with fries and it was perfect. Great job and I look forward to eating there again.

I live outside of the area, so this was my first and probably last visit. I have family in New Paris Ohio so we visit the area often, and are always looking for new places to visit! Someone recommended The Stable so we checked it out and I’ve got to say I left so disappointed. The food wasn’t bad, actually pretty good we even ordered the same appetizers twice because they went so quickly. However, being the only table of customers with only three customers at the bar we were definitely made to feel like a burden to the bartender and others working/standing in a group talking. I had to go up for every single drink refill at our table (and I was drinking a mixed drink!) Also had to get our own silverware after standing at bar trying to get her attention. Again the whole time we were there we were the only people at any tables, with three individuals sitting separately at the bar. My daughter was given a soda that was half full and told “sorry I ran out, I’ll have to get more” …but again I had to go and ask for something else for her. The salad was the last item we ordered to come out of the kitchen, and it looked great but also felt like it had been sitting because it was as cold and fresh tasting. I remained patient and kind, as I do work in the industry as well and I gave more opportunities then I should have. We spent around 160 total, and still were treated like we shouldn’t have been there.

I’m not sure, but we don’t usually return to places that make our whole group feel uncomfortable. And yes I took my kids into this establishment, I called ahead of time to verify it was okay to bring in a 16, 15 and 11 year old and was told it was completely okay. We went in at dinner time hours, when it was slow so please no negative comments about my review with regards to my children being in a tavern.

My husband and I went there for the first time on 01/01/2021. I got the ribeye and it was probably one of the best steaks I have ever had. I could cut parts of it with my fork and the flavor was great! My husband got a fish sandwich and he said it was very good as well. The waitress was very attentive, as was other employees, who I assume were managers or the owners. It was a little pricey, but we got appetizers, meals and my husband had a couple of double shots of Crown Apple and couple of beers. I also had a drink. It was definitely worth it. Just don’t play metal music on the jukebox. They will turn the jukebox down…. hahaha…. We will definitely be back.

NON WELCOMING and AWKWARD service. My mom and I came from out to town to see a friend and get out hair done. We wanted somewhere to eat before heading home. Something different.
The lady who waited on us was the only server/bartender there. There were what I’d assume were the regulars at the bar and then us. We found ourselves a seat and then the lady came to us and got our drinks. She seemed very irritated and very bothered by us being there. Like we were interrupting her social time. She took our order and just put off this really unfriendly vibe. This waitress gave us the feeling like we needed to leave.
The food was great!! Props to the cook!!
