Wow. Waited an hour for a sandwich with 1 slice of turkey. Ordered 11:58a, received 1:02p. Understand it may have been busy, but to get such a crappy sandwich after waiting is a slap in the face. Ill be going to Jersey Mike’s moving forward.

I love Jimmy John’s! When I was in Colorado Springs for work, I was at our company’s local office without a rental (I used an Uber). Well, it was a frigid 20°F and I decided to just order in. I turned to my trust Jimmy John’s app to place a delivery of my favorite sandwich and chips: The #9 Italian Night Club with Salt & Vinegar Chips and a bottle of Dasani.
The delivery took a little long but it still arrived. And although I didn’t dine inside their store, it still tasted as good as if it had eaten it freshly made from their counter.
I’m so thankful for the delivery service and the young gentleman who brought my order was able to follow the directions to the office and instructions to the 2nd floor.

So frustrated, order once a week and pay with tip $40 for 2 people, sandwich, chips, and 1 pickle. Great quality of food, EXCEPT it does not fail, they forget the pickle or one of the chips. Now the bread is stale!!! Now it shows on the “Tracker” that I have received the food and I am not getting for almost 10 minutes AFTER it was marked, “EAT!”. When I call the gal answered said they mark it delivered when the delivery person walks out the door, it is how their system works. I have been ordering for a long time, I have not seen that before. Guess I will start to brown bag it!

Well, this location completely ruined my sandwich!
I ordered The Pepe sandwich customized adding jalapeños, onion, cucumber and crispy peppers. I got that with ham and cheese, but not with everything else the sandwich is supposed to come with like tomatoes, lettuce, etc.

The staff here was friendly and got me my order quick enough. The layout is a bit narrow and I found the table to be close together. Still not a bad experience inside. Keep in mind this is still fast food. I suggest the Tuna.

I do like this location, pretty easy to get in and out of, but there is limited parking in the area. You might have to park a distance aways and walk. The food is good and the service is pretty quick, I had a positive experience ordering on the app and then picking up. I would recommend!

The staff was friendly but I was very disappointed in this sandwich my son ordered. We paid $6.49 a plain ham lil john and it had so little ham on it that we thought it was just bread until we opened it up and saw these three wee little pieces of ham.

Not a fan of the toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Chicken was super dry and pretty flavorless. I got excited when I saw it cuz it’s one of my favorite sandwiches, but overall I’d say the sandwich was a 3/10. Not worth $23 to be delivered.
