(Mobile order) They let a new person make my sandwich and now I can’t eat it. They doused it in sauce – It’s dripping. There are 20 slices of tomato and an entire onion on the sandwich. I’m not gonna waste my time counting the olives, but I can tell you that is a ridiculous load. The onions were outside the sandwich all together. Tried to call to talk to manager but couldn’t get a hold of one and the coworker who picked up the phone was rude and had an attitude. So now I don’t get to have lunch and my money has been wasted.

Update: Came in to get my refund – Both girls are trying to tell me that Subway says the tomato slices go corner to corner. You can google it – That is not true. I got attitude from the one I talked to on the phone. If they had been the least bit sorry it would have made a difference. Pretty sure they are both newer – it was more their entitled attitude that made the difference.

Staff at this location (late shift) are awesome. Always accommodate my sometimes difficult requests. Always ready to chat and laugh. Plus they dont mind my little 9nes running around (when theres no one else in there).

The toilet in the ladies room was utterly disgusting. It looked like the bottom of the bowl was a science experiment. There was A LOT of what appeared to be mature mold spores.
Food & service were good, employees were wiping down tables & drink machine but noone addressed the bathroom. Huge turnoff.

I don’t usually write bad reviews. I can only think of one other than this one. I ordered a Flat Bread Ham and Cheese ( I was charged for a Turkey and Ham, which is $0.60 more) & a 5 Meat Italian. I don’t eat turkey and asked what I could substitute. I was told 3 different kinds of chicken and shaved steak. I said the shaved steak. I had both toasted. I put the vegetables and dressings on that I wanted. As I’m checking out, the manager told the cashier to up charge my steak. I told him that he should let his employees know what is upcharged, as I wasn’t notified to the charge. (I would have still gotten the steak knowing this.) He went on to explain that I couldn’t possibly believe that I could substitute a premium meat, such as steak, for a cheap meat, like turkey, without an upcharge. I explained that I’m not complaining about the upcharge, I’m complaining that your employee didn’t give me a heads-up that there would be an additional charge. (I would have been happy with another ham or roast beef if I had been given the choice.) His next sentence is why I will never use this subway again. He said and I quote, “Is there anything else I can get for you?”.
His dismissive behavior over this shows that he doesn’t like customers and is not interested in improving his employees knowledge.
As long as that manager is still at this subway, I’ll not be back. Had my wife not been sick and I was trying to get her food and prescriptions home, I would have walked out without the sandwiches.

Ordered a foot long turkey got home and it was ham GM manger was very very rude and also ordered a meatball sandwich and wanted meatballs on side because I live like 30 miles away and didn’t want bread soggy & they put in paper which is nasty need to change there rules on putting items like that in small cup bowls & again GM manger very very rude doesn’t need to be working in a place like that being rude to customers that’s how he makes his paycheck

This was the worst subway, I’ve been here many times first off I ordered my sandwich when they were cooking it I wanted my veggies on it after they toasted it, turns out they said they can’t do that anymore I think they were new because I’ve never seen them before and they didn’t even wrap it they just put it in a brown bag and put it in a ripped subway bag.

Terrible Customer service! The young Lady ‘Katie’ was extremely rude to my family and to other workers, while rushing us to order, as she forgets half the ingredients we asked for…The only reason it’s even worth one star is because the young man ‘Blaine’ tried doing his best… Poor portion sizes and presentation.

A couple of weeks ago I came into this location, and the only thing that made my visit tolerable were the two guys working. There was a lady there that could not tolerate the fact we had even walked in. She wanted us gone. Her attitude was absolutely horrific. We decided to go in today to get dinner, and this same lady greeted us with what do you want? No hello, how are you, how can I help you. She was unhappy we were taking our time to look at the menu. She has no personality, doesn’t bother to be nice, and doesn’t ever smile. I put up with it, but it was honestly so disappointing to come in on a different day and have the same horrible service by the same person. I asked her for a line of ranch and a line of Mayo on my sandwich. She proceeded to add mustard to my sandwich. I was so uncomfortable, and upset with this situation that I told her to leave it alone. I couldn’t spend another second in that building. I wanted this interaction to be over. She disregarded anything my mother said, and just gave her the total. I wanted to leave the food there, but I was raised better. I wasn’t going to lower my standards and attitude to her level. The ladies name tag says Meghan, someone needs to come train her to be nicer with customers, or never have her there alone because her attitude is just going to ruin this business.
