This was my first time eating here. It was the best pizza I’ve had since I’ve been living in Ohio for the last six years. I really really really really really enjoyed eating the roasted garlic caprese pizza that I ordered. The feeling was so nostalgic. It brought me back to being a kid 50+yrs ago eating pizza from Franks pizzeria in North Newark when I lived in NJ. I had an opportunity to speak with the owner and his 17-year-old daughter who was working with him. I am a foodie. I recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality pizza, and customer service. Also, it’s a great way to support local business owners. Will be back soon!

What a cute little pizza parlor with delicious, unique, pizza-oven pies as well as tender breaded chicken. We also enjoyed the veggie- filled coleslaw and Brookie, moist cookie/brownie combo. We must come back to try more of their signature pizzas!

I have been waiting to try this restaurant ever since I heard about it a few months ago and especially after I found out that they make everything fresh including their gluten-free crust. Unless you are gluten sensitive or have celiac you will not understand how amazing fresh in house made pizza crust sounds.Anyway, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the amazing mouthwatering aromas…. and also Jason, the owner who briefly explained the overhead menu. With so many choices and everything sounding so delicious it does get to be a bit overwhelming. That’s when Leslie stepped in and helped me compose the pizzas that I ended up getting. I ordered a gluten-free with veggies and pesto drizzle. The other two were vegetarian as well. One had shallots and garlic with ranch drizzle and the other one has garlic, shallots, calabrian peppers with pesto drizzle.
Thankfully all the pizzas got the thumbs up from the fam but their favorite was the vegetarian with the works and pesto drizzle. Even a couple of unexpected friends came over and tried a few pieces and they came to same conclusion. The veggie with the pesto was the clear winner. In addition to the pizzas they do have some amazing chicken tenders that are all the rave. So next time you’re around Avon Lake or even if you’re not but you’re craving some fresh, delicious, and cheesy pizza stop by dirti pi.

We were excited to try the food here and it did not disappoint. We walked in the door and we’re enthusiastically greeted and then as we looked at the menu the same person helped us navigate the award winning choices! All of the food was amazing. I will be back to try more. The fried chicken is a real winner too; huge, crispy, and delicious. They have tons of house made sauces to choose from…I’m dying of hunger just thinking about it. The specialty pizzas were excellent combinations of flavor too. Great product, great service. Support your local guys that are doing it right and get yourself some Dirte Pi!

Tasty thinner crust pizza with really good specialty pizzas like the Italian or Asian pi. Healthly ingredients. They also have Korean style chicken tenders, they’re huge and such a good crispy breading! They have a lot of in house made dipping sauces to choose from too! Friendly owner and employees. Clean restaurant you can dine in or order out. We’ll be back!

Both my and my mom have celiac (a severe gluten allergy) and the people there were amazing about it. We ordered pizza and their chicken. For the pizza, they changed gloves, cleaned off counters and supplies, and made sure our pizza was the only one in the oven. They even had a dedicated fryer for the chicken. This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it.

Hands down the best chicken tenders we have ever had. The dipping sauces are bursting with flavor and were a great complement but definitely not necessary- the tenders shine on their own. We will be adding this place to our top CLE finds. Can’t wait to go back and try the pizza!
