New City Pizza is one of my go-to spots for fresh, delicious pizza in the area. The slices are always hot, flavorful, and made with really good ingredients. You can tell they care about quality because every pie comes out with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is always quick, which makes it easy to stop by whether you’re grabbing a slice or ordering a whole pie for the family. If you’re looking for consistently great pizza in New City, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I was completely disappointed after working all day, my daughters ordered pizza from New City pizza I went to pick it up. The order was completely wrong after calling they had us come back to get a replacement pie AND we had to bring the original pie back before getting replaced. It was already close to 9 we picked up the pie went home when we opened the pie it looked like it was slices put together from other pies. We didn’t even eat the pizza thinking it’s leftover slices. Called the manager today was childish on the phone and didn’t even say sorry was just laughing on the phone. Will never go here again

Let’s start with the staff. Awesome, friendly people, who always greet you with a cheerful smile.
The pizza is one of a kind. Noticeably, tart sauce with tomato chunks, ever so crunchy/chewy, and slightly burnt crust. A good amount of mozzarella cheese to top it off for that perfect crust to cheese ratio in every bite.

I’ve been coming here for some years, it’s sad to see the quality slowly decrease. I placed a small order 25 minutes in advance only to have to wait upwards of 30 minutes in the store for it to be ready. It was not busy, while the staff is nice, they seemed to be very preoccupied with cleaning even though some other customers were still in the store which was odd. The slices are also just not worth it anymore, too pricey for too little. If you’re looking for a pizza place in new city I highly recommend either Rocco’s or Zio’s as an alternative.

New City Pizza is probably my favorite pizza in the New York area — the pizza is amazing and it tastes exactly how I remember as a little kid. It has a unique flavor, the slices are a decent size, the crust is tasty and they put lots of cheese and sauce on the regular slices, which is the difference maker in my opinion. A crispy thin crust balanced with toppings.
That being said, they are / have become somewhat expensive and sometimes the pizza is a little more well-done than you might like; I personally like a crispy crust but I’ve taken other people here who thought it was a bit burnt. Tell them how you want it and you won’t be disappointed

Pizza was very flavorful, had a garlic pesto, a grandma, a pepperoni square, and regular cheese and all were amazing

Went for dinner tonight with my family for the first time here. the young lady at the counter was very welcoming and friendly service the pizza was amazing and the Alfredo pasta. Will definitely be coming back here. You got new customers!!!
