Food was good. But give us part of wrong order I ordered large extravaganza and cheese bites and garlic bites got back to campground and found they gave me cinnamon bites instead of garlic bites but too far to drive back

My family and I ordered 2 pizzas Wednesday night, simple hand-tossed pizzas. The order was placed at 5:15, we showed up at 6:15 to pick the up. The employees just looked at us in the drive thru for 25 minutes and not once came to the window. They carried pizza after pizza outside to the cars behind. They didnt even know what were there for because nobody came to the window and asked us. They continued to take ordees on the inside of people walking in. We tried calling the restaurant and watched as they let the phone ring and snickered about not answering it. There was never a bad conversation, frankly because nobody spoke to us the entire time we were there. AWFUL CUSTOMER service. We parked and my brother got out to ask a guy who kept bringing pizzas outside why nobody would come to the window and the guy ina sarcastic rude tone goes..”uhhh sorry?”

Attempted to order online. Website down….again. Called in and the virtual ordering process was a failure. Ask the computer voice for a human. 12 minutes later, someone answered. I had arrived at the store by then. I wanted to order some cheesy bread and asked if they would honor the online price, since their website was down again. She proceeded to quote me the store price in a very rude manner, without answering my question. This isn’t the first time I received lackluster service from this location. As I pulled around the back of the store to exit back onto the main road, I noticed a lovely 20 ft long 6 ft High pile of used insulation sitting outside in the rain propped up alongside the building. Lovely! No more Domino’s from this location for me.

They took my order gave me a discount, and told me it would be ready in 30 min. Cool, 10 min later they called and said l needed to give them my card number to pay over the phone. I asked why, that l have always been able to pay at counter and he said ‘“ if u want your order you will give me your card number”, l said well let me call my husband and l will call u back. “He said if you need to call your husband lm cancelling your order, l said ‘do not cancel my order’. Anyway l did cancel the order when we decided that was so rude and whoever called me from that place lost a long time customer. We literally just moved here from Granbury tx. Do not recommend this place

Ordered a pizza. Was sent email out for delivery. Email in your neighborhood. Email order complete … But I had NO food. Called Atlanta Texas location to be hung up on when I asked for a manager. Called back manager said oops sorry busy one driver that my food was still there hot and fresh. Would not give a straight answer as to why email said otherwise all he would say was we r busy and one driver. Raised his voice at me. Then said driver would be there in 10 minutes w my food. Driver was rude when I asked him to wait while my husband inspected the food ” ain’t got time for you lady “. The box was smashed and food was cold why lie? Why input improper information into the app to send me emails ? Or was it proper information and my pizza was just not delivered. And I got horrible service. Truth will never be known but my hard earned money won’t go to Domino’s

I haven’t ordered dominoes in years but I made my order online an that was easy. I pull up to pick it up an no parking spots because the delivery cars were parked all crooked so I had to go through the drive through no big deal. I pull up an the worker was very kind, but as I’m waiting I notice not one single person that was making the pizzas, forming the dough in the pan or putting toppings on the pizzas NO ONE HAD GLOVES ON!!! I Was grossed out an came home an none of us liked the pizza. I marked easy jalapenos online and it was stuffed full an I even double checked my online order. The sauce was not good an our family didn’t like it. We will stick with our local hometown pizza place.

When they are baking it’s with Love one bad pizza out of countless my order times are always after 5 pm for sure and that’s the service I’ve received and that bag pizza was deep dish with crust that’s not deep dish mentioned and I’ve yet to receive another and I always try to bless the baker whenever I can
