Ordered one footlong and one six inch sandwich online. Once home I noticed only received two six inch sandwiches. I called the restaurant and they demanded I bring the entire order back in (was in the process of already eating mine) before they would do anything. So not only am I out the time it took to do all this, I’m out the gas unnecessarily going back and forth as they refused to just credit me back the difference on my card. Will NEVER return to this store or any other for that matter. Too overpriced anyway for that nonsense.

Only giving two stars because Colby brought it back a but for us. However, almost every time I or my husband to go this location, we are unfortunately served by Ava. I have never met someone in customer service that seems so entitled and argumentative over making a sandwich at a place that they get paid to be at. Always makes us uncomfortable, always has something negative or rude to say, and won’t even crack a smile when I have attempted to brighten her day, assuming it might have just been a rough day for her.

I’ll give a 1 star but not sure why. I asked if they a specific Happy Gilmore cup and was told I had to take what they randomly picked. Well if I’m going to spend $10 on a meal deal I should get to pick the cup I want and need. Why would risk getting a cup I already have. They just lost a sale.

I order two sandwiches online on Halloween. I waited plenty of time for my sandwiches, because I assumed they were busy. I picked up my order, got home and realized that my sandwiches were made very poorly. Lacking toppings and meat on both of my sandwiches. I tried to eat my sandwich, and it just wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered the most amount of spinach that you can on the app, and I received hardly any. I only got 4 cucumber slices on a footlong sandwich. I also had barely any sauce. I didn’t order light anything. My other sandwich, for my husband, lacked meat and mayo. He ate his, but was displeased. I couldn’t eat my sandwich the way it was, so I returned to the store. I was just wanting my sandwich remade, because of it being a holiday I understand mistakes happen, things get overlooked. The manger who helped me, Ross, was so kind and very quickly solved my issue. Not only did Ross remake my sandwich, but he gave me a refund for both of my orders. He represents great customer service, exemplary character, and was very kind throughout the whole process. The sandwich that he remade was absolutely perfect as well. Thank you again, for correcting this mistake. I am very grateful.

This is the absolute truth. White customers were refused service by black employees on juneteenth. This is disgusting, and undeniable racism. This should not be tolerated. The staff should be fired, and this location should be shut down.
