Ask for management for problem with order and they won’t call back and blocked my number and had to call again from another phone. Lomein was spaghetti noodles. Poor service.

My recent visit was my last. It had been around 6 months since my last visit. Upon entering we was asked to pay prior to our dining. Ok, no problem. It was near ly $30 dollars for 2 buffets. At this time we discovered that there are no longer any waitresses. You are given Styrofoam plates and plastic forks. The buffet was not hot and the wait time on getting item replenished was just lacking. There was a select few places to sit due to tables that needed to be cleaned. It really was a disappointment from the Great Wall in the past.

I will say something positive-the order is always right. However, it is clear that the food is being microwaved. I’m assuming they use what is left from lunch buffet and send it out as takeout. Not good at all. I also sent my mother and grandmother who are from out of town to eat the buffet. They said the meat smelled like it was rotted and everything was super cold. All they felt comfortable eating was the soup. Plus you are given styrofoam plates and bowls. I was so embarrassed that I suggested this place. So disappointing. I doubt I will return anytime soon.

The food was good but expensive at almost $30 for two people and no buffet.. (rice is cheap), and I got a lot of that. The food was super hot, so I wonder if it had been microwaved? The biggest thing that bothered me is that if I am paying $30 for food for two people, why do I get Styrofoam plates and plastic forks to eat off of? It’s not a great dine in experience for me for that reason.

Food was tuff as leather. They don’t have the selection of food as most places you go with a buffet. And paper plates and plastic cups still it’s awful. Loved this place when I was younger man has it gone down hill bad. Don’t waste ur time just go somewhere else

Sad, depressing, limited selection of microwaved food.. Paper plates, bugs crawlin’ with sweet tea tastin’ like swamp tap water… do not go here!!!! Or go if you want, but there’s a Mexican joint next door, maybe go there instead….

It’s an old shopping mall spot, ain’t had many updates as far as atmosphere or the exterior or interior, but they have a small little lunch buffet featuring there most sold items, they also do take out. They don’t have delivery that I am aware of but nothing in Paris does, no door dash GrubHub etc. However there food has always been consistent & taste good, nothing incredible but far from not good. The customer service is straight forward, they ask what u want, u tell them, they ask if that’s all and ur order be ready in 15 mins . It’s the exact same every single time. That’s my point about this place is that it never changes and everything is exactly the same Everytime even the food. 2 things I wish was different is there egg rolls (they r always so hard and dry) crab ragoon wontons ( they just don’t put enough of the mixture in them, like usually u get a big bite of the bottoms, but even the bottoms are just fried dry wonton!) And those r 2 of my favorite things, at this point I went from loving Chinese food to being bored bc it’s so bland and my favs are never what I was craving.
