Probably the best or one of the best pizza places, if you really want it made in Italian way. I love how thin the crust is, so you don’t feel like you’ve eaten a brick, which is often the case with pizza. The service is also excellent, polite and unobtrusive. I highly recommend it!

Cosy Italian food restaurant in Newport Beach ticked away in upscale strip mall near Balboa Island. Pricey but good, and satisfying. Can bring your own wine for corkage fee, but call first. Otherwise, pretty decent wine selection. Can split salad and or appetizer and save room for yummy selection of dessert! Nice place. Reservations recommended, especially on weekends. Plenty of free parking.

As an Italian restaurant in an upscale neighborhood there’s a high bar- I’ve lived in NYC, LA, Paris, Portofino, etc…there are plenty of options even in Costa Mesa- nothing stood out to me- they didn’t have burrata, and looked stunned when I asked about it. It’s good- not excellent. I never knew the restaurant existed and I grew up in the area. If you’re really into Italian food, you may be disappointed- if you’re going for the company and a good meal – enjoy!!!

We have had good food there and they have a beautiful patio with a fireplace. Unfortunately, our waiter couldn’t be bothered giving two women the time of day. I believe that he was from Italy and maybe he has just been working too long as a waiter for too many years and he is tired of his job .

This place is very good! Tried both the pizza side and the fine dining restaurant both are amazing! The staff has always been attentive, very good homemade bread and the food is great!! The pizzas are made right in front of you in a brick oven!! I added salmon to my pear salad, I loved it!!
