5 stars for exceeding my expectations.
This is my 2nd visit. Small place hidden inside the tunnel. The first time, I came here for lunch a few weeks ago and ordered the Vermicelli with Chicken. It was good. Portion was great and the char grilled chicken was awesome. Nothing bad to say about it except that I wish it would in a bowl.
This my first time trying the Pho here and I am seriously surprised. I came in with low expectations but the broth is as good as some other places in Houston.
Broth was flavorful and not bland. Noodles were not overcooked. I ordered the beef, and it came out to be a combination, like the dac biet at other restaurants. Good portion of different meats and it didn’t taste old or rubbery. Overall, great lunch spot for Vietnamese food.

I am thoroughly disappointed. I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken soup. Do you see the pictures? I got white rice with some old and dried pieces of chicken thrown on top and it’s not seasoned. The chicken soup is ugh, bland and tasteless. Never, not ever plan to eat here again.

Love this new place – a must try for lunch. I order the sesame chicken with fried rice, and it’s delicious. Fried rice has great flavor without being overly seasoned. Plus they throw in broccoli on the side that helps me feel like I’m making a healthy choice, too.

Ordered the Sesame Chicken, as you can see from this photo it’s barely any chicken, it’s all just coating. Couldn’t even eat much of this mess, waste of money

Ordered the shrimp pho for lunch, barely any noodles, and the taste was subpar. Also, the service was poor – the ladies at the front aren’t very friendly nor super helpful. For someone who eats pho consistently, this place is a hard pass.

The pork spring rolls are great. The rest of the food is lacking. My fried rice was cold. It’s a bit overpriced compared to other food in the tunnels.

Ordered for the first time today. Sesame chicken with some fried pork egg rolls. So delicious! Not oily like a lot of other Asian food restaurants. Gonna be a convenient lunch spot for sure!

So disappointed, the food was T E R R I B L E and BLAND I ate maybe 3-4 bites max and threw it away. The fried rice wasn’t seasoned its like they scrambled the eggs, boiled some peas and carrots in a pot took some old rice from a rice cooker and mixed it together and the rice was WHITE.. The chicken (Sweet and Sour) wasn’t seasoned AT ALLL to me it tasted like it was frozen straight from the bag. I feel bad because they just opened here in the tunnels but they need a cook back there who knows what they are doing.

Mom and pops cafe, no dine in, just to go. Food is ok but ordered 2 piece wing and the wing was chopped in half, lol. The arm and wing tip is two piece.

I got the Mi Xiao Don (Crispy Noodle with Beef), I am impress how authentic it taste. It is a fusion between Chinese and Vietnamese food and I would dare say its comparable to the food on Bellaire Rd.
As an Asian, I approve this place.
