This location always has a lime to the door during dinner hours, and not because they are extremely busy, but there is only one person taking and filling orders at the counter. Most other locations we visit have two or more helpers when busy. Additionally the cook was slow, entres were backed up and the chow mein was tasteless and dry. We both and half and half rice/chow mein, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken. One with honey walnut shrimp. Portions small, and bathrooms dirty. No fortune cookies or soy sauce offered. We’ll go to another location (off Oak Grove and Ygnacio) from here in. Had enough of this mediocre location.

There was a bug in the original fried rice the lady with glasses and black hair switched it out for a fresh one and served us. Which I should have walked out there. To make matters worse when leaving the store I saw her dump the contaminated food back into the new one. I respectfully asked for a refund as I would not be eating the food. She said she didn’t understand since it was switched out and fresh. To which I explain if there was a bug in one of the platters there’s bound to be more. She then raised her voice and said so other customers could hear that “there were no bugs in the store and that the bug fell in” which it did not it was actively crawling up from the bottom of the fried rice and that I would have to speak to a manager to get a refund, who wasn’t on site or get store credit. Which I will never be havjng panda again because of this disturbing and distugsting experience. I threw away the food on the way out the door. Who knows how many times a bug was found in the food just to be dumped back into fresh food.

This Panda Express has really gone downhill. Today my daughter and I both threw our plates straight in the trash. My orange chicken tasted sour, and she said her rice smelled like dirty dishes. They also do this weird thing where 3 people have to check your food, so your food gets opened and looked at multiple times, its slow and unsanitary. This used to be a good restaurant.

I orrdered carryout online and put in an request for beef and broccoli as a separate entree. After dumping out the contents of the container, I only received broccoli. I would have appreciated some communication about them running low on a dish instead of finding this out at home.

Once again I arrive at Panda after the time it says it is open and he has his doors locked. Today, Sunday, August 7th. I just tried to buy my food at 10:25 a.m. and the door is locked. It’s not the first one, it’s already happened about 8 times that I arrive after opening hours (10AM) and it’s like this. I just ask you to change the time of the site, so that people do not plan for a restaurant that is not able to serve on time. Thank you!

We literally just left there and the staff was so confused on the simplest order. We ordered 2 plates and they are just bad. One of the plates was supposed to have brown rice and somehow still ended up with fried rice in both. And the fried rice taste horrible!!! I’ve never had panda express with no taste to the fried rice. What is going on in the back kitchen.

Staff is always friendly and patient, usually a line but it moves quick, and if you have to wait for a specific dish to refill, it’s only a minute or two wait. This is my favorite quick meal, and prices are reasonable compared to other options. It’s easy to get it wrong, and plenty of other locations do, so it’s nice to see how it should be, with this gem.

Panda is a decent place to reasonable Chinese food. If there’s a wait it does usually take a minute for what you to be ready other than that it’s generally pretty quick. Parking isn’t too bad. Employees are generally friendly, but i can tell they’re overworked when busy. Overall a decent place to eat for a fast food type place
