So I placed an online order at this location today on September 16,2023. I was disgusted with what I was Served. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One was Grilled chicken and the other was Pepperoni and Spicy Italian Sausage with extra sauce. Also some boneless wings. The pizza barely had any toppings on them under cooked and my boneless wings were short got 8 instead of 10 and were hard. I call the location to speak with the supervisor. I explained to him how and what I received and how dissatisfied I was with my order. He nonchalantly said I can bring it back. After explaining to him that I don’t stay in Florence and all the way in Darlington it’s like 30 minute drive there and could he do anything else like store credit to honor the Order. He stated no there wasn’t anything he could do. Supervisor name I spoke with was Christopher. When going to this location please check your order before leaving. To be a loyal customer and be treated in such a way. I also took pics of what I received. If I could rate 0 I would.

I have ordered from a few papa johns in my time, but this was the one that sticks out. I ordered boneless wings Garlic Parm and Buffalo, and barely any sauce on each order, nothing like the pics on the site. Called the store, no answer, even sent a complaint ticket, still waiting. I gave this 2 stars cause the pizza was just as I ordered, bread sticks almost burnt, they are know for pizza so atleast that was right.

Awful. I ordered the gf pizza because I have to. Pepper was dry, no sauce on pizza, pizza was burnt and toppings were very sparse. First time Ive ever had a dry,burnt pizza. Husbands pizza was medium 3 topping for $9.95 but they charged us $16.75! Huge mistake firing the founder John Schnatter. Whomever is running things now is killing Papa Johns.

On may 11th 20. I ordered 5 papadias and when I got them we were very happy with the order. I ordered tonight the same paoadias 3 philly cheese steak and 2 meatball when when I got them they were so thin there was hardly any meat in either order. I called and spoke to keith to tell the young man that there was hardly ant meat in. The product at all . I informed him that we had pictures but I waa feeding 4 children that sus not want to wait. And he told me that there was nothing that he could do for me. And left me on hold for 15 minutes.

I already like PJs but the customer service this delivery driver gave me sent me over the top. I usually do carryout but my partner had the car and so I decided to get it delivered. Had a little trouble with the transaction (on my end) but this man took it upon himself to ensure that the process was taken care of and he didn’t have to do that. I didn’t get his name but he has secured a guaranteed customer for this location. Food was delicious by the way but service was 10 out of 5!

Ordered Italian trio pizza last night. Added extra cheese and gave a tip. Got home realized I didn’t check the pizza and it was not correct. There were no banana peppers on it. It was late so I called manager today offered to take a Pic and send. Told me because I didn’t report problem immediately there was nothing that could be done. Pizza was $27 with tip. I could’ve picked up 3 pizzas at Walmart and heated it up for that.

We ordered 2 pizzas … super excited to have PJ pizza again. Disappointed in the poorly made pizza (lacking toppings on the entire pizza), and after getting confirmation that the pizza was made, I was completely ignored when I arrived. Four employees wandered around on their phones while one fella was trying to bake the pizzas and put them in the correct boxes, and HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ACKNOWLEDGED ME. Pizza wasn’t all that good as they didn’t put sauce or toppings on the whole thing. No need to return as there are plenty of better options out there.

I order a pizza at 10:10pm and the Doordasher said it was suppose be here at 10:37pm and we called him(David M) and said he had to turn around and pick up another order. what I dont understand is why would you keep our food in the car for that long to get cold to get another order that just don’t make any sense to me at all. And I would like a refund that is ridiculous. People nowadays are lazy and it’s really sad to be that way in life.
