I call two time they hung up on me twice the woman who answer. Went l said l hope you don’t hung up. She said o well and put on hold for more than 20 minutes she never come back to the phone l always order from there because is across the street from my house but, never again the service is terrible and l can spend my money somewhere else shame on Domino to have this type of services and to employee people with no customer services what so ever .

It said at 440pm the delivery person had left the store. The location is only 10-15 minutes away from me. Previous orders only took that long give or take, sometimes 20 minutes.
But the tracker kept going higher and higher. when it was 515pm I had called the store to see if there was a update and person said “the driver will be there soon” when I explained about the tracker, they replied “the tracker is wrong”
The driver didnt show up till 529pm. Almost 1 hour to get my food. Which was warm, almost cold.
I will be picking up my orders from now on. It will be faster for me and at least the food will be hot.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Domino’s. I placed my order a day early to avoid any issues, and it still arrived a full hour late. What made it even worse was that I tried calling the store several times for an update, and no one answered the phone.
If you’re on a schedule or ordering for a specific time, I honestly wouldn’t recommend relying on this location.

just wanted to say the worker Brit had amazing customer service, she was very fast while not getting any help from the other worker. Also the store looks super clean. I watched another older man watch her make 12 pizzas by herself. please acknowledge Brit wonderful service

Ordered from this Domino’s and never received my food. I called twice, and on the second call I was told the order had been delivered and left at the door but not my door. Customer service was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the issue.
This location constantly has problems delivering to my address. Drivers never seem to find it, and several of my neighbors have stopped ordering from here for the same reason. Very frustrating experience. I will never order from them again

12/29/25. My order arrived well over 30 minutes passed the ETA cold. I called the store several times and remained on hold, no one picked up. I ordered a 2-liter sprite and received 2 20 oz sprite. The driver said they were out of 2-liter. Someone from the store should have called me and asked if I was okay with receiving 20 oz instead of what I ordered and paid for. I previously had stopped ordering from this location because a driver stole my neighbor’s package. Very sketchy place.

Order on door dash at 8:20 and it is 9:11 Dasher has not move from spot for more than 40 mins I called twice and the person lied to me and said there on their way, I called again and guy at desk I’m guessing said 5 to 10 mins. If I could give 0 stars I would that doesn’t make any sense you have that older gentleman Carlos delivering all those order by himself you need to do better ! I ordered my food at 12:16 and I’m just now receiving my food at almost 1 hour and some change (1:47) I told the delivery driver take it back I don’t want anything to do with Dominos anymore.
