This is the only dunkin donuts in this area so I come here all the time ….the drive thru order taker Tayana is the worst she’s rude and has no order manners “can I help you” like somebody bothering her how about goodmorning first…”what else”? Like stop rushing me ..”pull up” how about you can drive up please and thanks…I was so upset but as I got to the window the lovely lady name Jenny was so polite and helpful she’s a sweetheart and offered me condiments with my order she even went out her way to apologize for Tayana behavior …keep up the good work JENNY !!!!

Extremely displeased with this location and won’t be coming back. Staff was very rude and unwelcoming the moment I entered and didn’t even have the common decency to greet me. I don’t recommend coming to this DD, save your time by going to a different location with better service and food!

I like this Dunkin’… no matter when I go there they have a nice display of donuts, even later in day, There’s a young guy who works there that provides excellent service… I have two Dunkin’s that are closer to me but they have service and product issues… so I’ll drive out of my way to come here for the quality and service I would hope for and get.

I arrived at around 6:00 am today, 3/16/25. The lady worker/supervisor greeted me with the utmost pleasant and comforting voice. I told her that I never have a greeting like this, and I appreciate it very much. I also told her that I appreciate her pleasant greeting. It calms me, especially on Sunday morning. It makes my day wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Dark roast coffee and Boston cream donut, as always good. However, entering this particular establishment was not friendly. Staff seemed bothered to take the one walk in order, at the time. Coffee was given to me spilling onto the counter from being overfilled. Sat down at a table where three flies were making it impossible to enjoy the donut. Try the drive thru, you may have better luck.

So I ordered online on the app then i went to go get my order then i told my order to the person there he said im on break and also he was the only person there so nobody made my order so now i am not going back there again. And they wasted 1 hour of my day.
