This is a complete disappointment… My husband was supposed to bring home a pizza that was half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. The photo shows what we actually received… They simply put the Hawaiian pizza ingredients on top of half of an already prepared pepperoni pizza!!!

The visits in a row over a two week period. All had issues but the last one was the worst. Waited 27 minutes starting at 12:25. My crazy bread was cold. I reached for a piece in their parking lot. The butter want even melted!!

Tried to place and order on the app at 9:15 when they close at 10 but the app said this location wasn’t accepting online orders. Then called and was told I’d have to come in person to order. Got there at 9:40 to be told they wouldn’t take my order because they were about to close.

The extra star rating is only because the pizza was ready at the time projected, but it was terrible pizza. Poorly made, undercooked, and tasted terrible because it wasn’t even baked. The little Cesars locations in this area are by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Tried to order 2 different “Hot and Ready” pizza’s in which neither one was Hot and Ready, but if I wanted to wait a 1/2 hour I could get one. Settle for a pepperoni one instead. Part of the pizza ended up being stiff crust and the other part not. Just not a good looking pie at all.

How this place remains in business is a $6million dollar question. It’s dirty. There is NEVER anything hot and ready…defeats the purpose when that is a MAJOR selling point of the business.

Very odd place sometimes. Pizza was horrible. Hot and ready options hardly ever exist anymore. Is that still a thing, or am I just old?

Update (a month later): We tried again for their pizza and they seem to have gotten much better. Not sure what they’re doing now, but this time around they made a really good pizza. The bread/crust and toppings were just right and tasted fresh. Wondering if it was due to an entirely new staff. But thank you. 4/5 stars
Old review: I’m not sure what happened to Little Caesars. We used to love this place, but lately the quality of your pizza has gone from amazing to just horrible. We ordered a regular and a thin crust pizza today thinking that we’d get the same quality of pizza we used to get several months ago, but I could barely finish my first thin crust piece and the regular didn’t taste freshly baked, they tasted like microwaved old pizza. The thin crust had too much pepperoni that they were stacked up on top of one another, and the crust just tasted old. I really hope you’re not microwaving old pizzas and serving them out to your customers. I’m wondering if this place just got a new manager or new staff who don’t know what they’re doing. Truly what a huge disappointment. 1/5 stars
