It seems like the same manager/leader is there every time we order pizza. She is the best and has been for years. If I go in without my wife, she always asks how she is doing. That personal touch even when orders are crazy and backed up is refreshing in the service industry these days. Plus the food is always excellent. What more could you ask for in a pizza place.

We have had issues with your store before but we gave you the benefit of a doubt last night. We ordered 2 pizzas at 5:55 pm by 7:30 no pizza, no call. I called the store and the employee stated door dash hasn’t picked up the order yet. So basically pizza had been sitting there all this time, and your employees couldn’t take the time out to pick up the phone and call to let me know the issue. Not a way to run a business at all.

I placed an order online my card was charged and I guess my order was not received so I went down to the store and was greeted by a lady with a very nasty attitude who was not treating me as a paying customer or even a person in general her attitude and whole demeanor towards me was Terrible I asked for corporate number and she refused to give it to me I asked for her name and I was refused that as well. When I asked another employee he said she was the gm. I work in the restaurant industry and have never been treated or even treated a paying customer in the way I was just treated. That lady needs to be fired for treating and talking to customers in that way. Terrible I had to pay twice for my order and was told they can’t guarantee that I will get my money back for the first order I placed and never received.

The lady working today, and most days I go there, is absolutely amazing. She is such a sweet lady. Fast service, remembers my daughter and myself, and she is so nice to my 5yr old daughter that my daught demands we drive past 2 ither stores to go see this specific store and employee! Give her a raise!

Always a great experience picking up food here. Ms. Jane is always a pleasure, and when she’s not around, Ed takes great care of us too. You can tell the team here really loves what they do. I recently moved closer to another location, but I still make the drive to this one, it’s worth it for us. We’ve been coming for nearly 8 years and any rare issue has always been handled right away. Great food, even better service.

I could not be anymore unsatisfied with the quality of the food and customer service at this location. I called to place a carry out order and no answer for over 10 minutes. Proceeded to place my order online to be picked up, I come into the location to no surprise there is not a single person assisting the front of the establishment. The biggest shocker of all is watching the phone ring and the ringer is turned off. My pizza was paper thin, barely any sauce and the stuffed crust I paid extra for had barely any cheese inside. 53$ later for the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut!
