It’s far from fancy. My kind of cozy neighborhood spot. Bathroom was clean too and that’s a big plus. The lady was nice and advised me that I could sit wherever I wanted. I ordered the shrimp Phad Thai medium spicy. Delicious and authentic. My critique is that it had just a bit to much egg for my taste and there medium spicy is another places hot, but that is Thai food. Wonderfully prepared fresh and the shrimp were large and cleaned thoroughly. There was plenty of Shrimp too. Then I ordered the won ton soup that the lady recommended when asked and it was absolutely delicious! If you like Thai then you won’t be disappointed here. Many places serve phad thai and it’s trash compared to this authentic Thai restaurant. I will be coming back!

This place is something I would consider a hidden gem within the Pueblo area.
I went in to do a photoshoot for the owners a couple of weeks ago and they were a pleasure to work with! The food was amazing and beautiful!
I could definitely tell they were passionate with their craft and that showed with the food they made. My favorite meal I tried was the pineapple fried rice as it was a new and welcome experience for me. I haven’t had a lot of different fried rices that tasted unique but this one definitely set a high bar.
If you are in the area, go check them out!

A lovely restaurant with great staff that care about eachother & their customers, always good spicy meals that are made by request to meet my dietary restrictions aka they’ll modify some of the meals to keep you healthy happy & safe. Love this place, I eat here at least twice a month. Pumpkin curry is one of my fav.

So tasty! Able to accommodate vegetarians, pescatarians, and vegans! The curries are coconut milk based. The only dishes that have fish sauce are the Tom Yum soup,Tom Kha soup, & papaya salad, but you can request no fish sauce (will taste dif than original, of course)!

Expecting me to tip on a takeout is crazy. If you don’t like your job quit or ask for a raise. Tip is for dine in. I’ve had pineapple fried rice very good and the seafood awesome and spicy.

Cherry Thai is one of my favorite places in Pueblo, CO! The food is authentic, the service is super friendly, and the prices are affordable. Love the papaya salad, beef pad thai, and spring rolls. My husband loves their Tom yum soup. After a long day at work, a meal at Cherry Thai is the best way to unwind. I know that my belly will be full and happy.

I tried Cherry Thai for the first time today, and I’m a big fan of curry. I decided to try their Red Curry with shrimp. While the overall flavor of the curry itself was descent, the consistency was that of water. I am used to curry having a thicker, gravy-like consistency. I also ordered mild and it was a lot spicier than any mild I have tried before. I had to stop eating it and take the rest to go because of the spice level. The portion size was great, and the shrimp were cooked nicely, however there are several other restaurants I would rather order curry from. Not sure if I will be back again, but I was slightly disappointed.

We got the pumpkin curry and it was so good. It is literally perfect for the fall. Every time we come here the food and service is great!

Very nice small “hole in the wall” Thai place. I had pad Thai tofu and it was great. I went with a couple of coworkers, they had the drunken noodles and highly recommended as well.

I ordered 2 different dishes as a takeout. I was very disappointed how small the portions were for the price I had spent. I understand that costs are rising, but that doesn’t give you the right to reduce serving seizes and less protein. The food was tasty and that’s why 3 stars.
