My first visit to a Potbelly restaurant ever was excellent. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean. I tried the chicken club on whole wheat bread, recommended by an employee, along with Zappo chips for the first time. The meal was great and the atmosphere really cool. When I’ve gotten a tip at work and I’ve forgotten my lunch, This specific Potbelly’s is my go-to. It’s a fast, delicious, well priced sandwich. Literally what else are you looking for? All the employees are friendly, they feel like they get along, and again, they work quickly! Big, Big fan.
Also I like the weird layout, though I would understand if it made a few folk feel a little claustrophobic before they got past the slanted pillars at the entrance.

Had a great time visiting the potbelly in downtown. Nice big and very decorated location. And for once(!!) the music is at a great volume especially compared to the store I used to go to a lot ( the one in alliance center) I could actually hear the employees and not be overwhelmed myself

It had been a while since my last visit to Potbelly, and this long-awaited trip did not disappoint! The restaurant was spotless, the staff was welcoming, the service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We decided on Potbelly’s for lunch for our “What Do You Do Here” Survey lunch and learn presentation, first of all everyone was very pleased with the sandwiches, they were a BIG hit, sandwiches were eaten before meeting even got started LOL!! I personally was not excited to have to drive to the Throckmorton location as I have never ordered from there before (due to parking). When I arrived about 15 minutes early I parked right away, walked in & was greeted, I was asked if I was picking up which I was, right away I was handed a bag with plates, napkins, etc.. I mentioned I was early to they guy who helped me out, but they had my order already ready to go, he took the four boxes to my car, very helpful. I will definitely start ordering from this location going forward.

Canceled an order and was told it was picked up when I did not have a chance to leave my job. Never got refunded or called back. Months later and still haven’t heard back and will never go here again, disappointing customer service. I use to go for lunch all the time. Not the only sandwich place in downtown. Take your business elsewhere.

☆They are very quick and the food is good! The service is just okay though. The workers tend to get a bit chatty among themselves and ignore the customers. I also think the bag should be moved to the side and not right in front of the customers. If they have to bag the food themselves after the check out. When the line is long it makes things a bit crazy..☆
