We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. First Watch – Our Sunday Sanctuary
Every single Sunday after church, without fail, my family and I make a beeline for First Watch, and it has become the most cherished part of our weekend. From the moment we walk in, it feels like coming home: bright, cheerful vibes, the smell of fresh coffee and million-dollar bacon in the air, and a team that greets us like old friends (because at this point, we basically are).
The food? Absolute perfection, every time. The Pancakes are fluffy clouds of citrus heaven. My wife swears by the Traditional Breakfast with those perfectly seasoned potatoes, and the kids fight over who gets the last piece of that thick-cut “Miklion Dollar Bacon”. Portions are generous, everything comes out hot and fast, and somehow it still tastes like someone’s grandma is back there cooking with love.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the consistency. Week after week, year after year, First Watch never misses. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely kind (shout-out to our usual server, Sarah, who already knows our order before we sit down), the restaurant is spotless, and the seasonal specials keep things exciting without ever sacrificing the classics we crave.
It’s our Sunday tradition, our post-church reset, our happy conversations over bottomless coffee and plates that leave us stuffed and smiling. First Watch doesn’t just serve breakfast; it serves joy on a plate, and we are grateful, loyal, lifelong fans.

This place is always a wonder to go to! I like to stop here before work at times and I’m always treated so sweetly. My best experience was with Danny, he was super attentive and kind and would love to have him as my server again and Kristen was sweet and comforting the other time I went!

We got the seasonal Double Bacon Parmesan Hash, and it was PHENOMENAL! We also got some biscuits’n’gravy and the holey donuts which were really sweet but delicious We were genuinely surprised about the amount of items on the menu that looked appealing, TOTALLY would rate higher if we had the choice!

Came to have breakfast with my aunt and uncle it was great, very clean location and organized, it’s nice that they have a bar and alcoholic beverage, the front staff was wonderful pleasant friendly, our waiter was a little uncomfortable at first but toward the end he was okay. The food was as good as any other location. The coffee, orange juice, lemonade and kale tonic just as good as always, the million dollar bacon is to die for so good, the traditional breakfast it is my favorite eggs cheese, ham, turkey sausage, with the home potatoes and wheat bread mouth watering, my aunt got the same just with the pork sausage she said it was delicious, my uncle got the works omelette which it had ham sausage bacon and mushrooms he said it was wonderful I didn’t try it cause I am allergic to mushrooms, the carrots and pecan pancakes are my favorites they are so good.

This is our 4th time coming to a First Watch.its a very nice place. The food that we have had, super yummy! We LOVE❤️ the Million Dollar bacon. The service was very good, however our server disappeared for a while and only checked in on us once. He did take our order and had it to us super fast.

After giving this place another chance after the bad service when you first opened, I have lowered my rating. My wife and I eat at a First.Watch every friday and love the concept. This one has been by far the biggest disappointment, and with it being so close to our house furthers our disappointment. We have tried to give it another chance. We went yesterday and were sat fairly quickly only to be left sitting there for ten minutes without so much as a greeting. We left and went to eat at Kekes. Servers can be seen standing around talking and not a care to the customers. I still have NEVER seen a manager at this place which I find very unique. I always see managers helping in some way or at least being visibleat other locations. We gave you another shot and you tanked it. We will be eating at First Watch locations that value the guest in the future.

After a busy week, we started our weekend with a delicious breakfast with my husband. We chose First Watch in Winter Spring. The establishment was spacious and the decor was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, Farmhouse Hash and Healthy Turkey were delicious all highly recommended.

They have a bar area, lol breakfast bar. The waitress was lovely, but she never checked on us after the food was delivered… I had another server getting me a cup that I needed and a side of sausage that I wanted extra.
