Monday to Friday, there’s a lunch menu – very affordable for students going home and workers on their lunch break. $12 for an entrée(rice/noodles) and side, add $3 for an iced thai tea/coffee. Be warned that there are limited seats – it’s a small place.

This casual Thai eatery offers kind and welcoming service, with portions that are larger than you’d expect.

The lunch special is definitely worth it! The Bangkok Fried Rice, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles were good, though the Drunken Noodles tasted more like Pad See Ew—sweet and savory rather than spicy.

The pork belly basket and chicken satay were just ok. Overall, good value.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the worst thai food I’ve ever had. We had the chicken satay, crispy pork belly, ricepot pad thai, and thai iced tea. The chicken satay was okay, nothing special. The crispy pork belly came out really fast. It was dry, barely any flavor and it looks like it was reheated. The ricepot pad thai had more flavor and used the same pork belly. The thai iced tea was sweet and didn’t have much flavor. I stopped taking pictures of the dishes as it came out because it wasn’t worth it anymore.

The waitress and place were nice. I recommend going somewhere else like next door to Osaka Sushi.

Food was pretty decent. Appetizers came out a little at a time. But the fried rice & pad Thai took pretty long and it was just us in the restaurant. Calamari was good and batter wasn’t too thick. Pork belly was a little too fatty where the fat part was hard to chew. Chicken satay could’ve been a little more browned but good flavor. Curry chicken & potato puffs barely had chicken in there so just expect a good curry potato puff. Pad Thai was a little on the sweeter side. Pineapple fried rice was good but all the shrimps were not cleaned properly, poop still inside.

Originally, I wanted to give 3 stars because of food and wait time. But staff is really friendly and nice. So changed to 4 stars. Thank you!

I had a great 4-star experience at Ricepot Thai Cookhouse! The atmosphere was a total standout, earning a full 5-star rating for its excellent vibe. Both the food and the service were also solid, each deserving a 3-star rating. It’s a wonderful local spot to enjoy a meal in a fantastic environment!

We’ve always passed by this spot but never had the chance to try it out until today! We started off with the pork belly basket and it was so delicious. I loved the little sauce that it in came — it paired well with the crispy pork. We also ordered some drinks (highly recommend the passion burst and the Thai iced tea). As the main entrees, we got the classic pad Thai (which has shrimp and chicken) and the chicken cashew. Both were super good and savory. I loved how tangy and it peanut-ey the pad Thai was. I also loved the spices used for the chicken cashew. Highly recommend this spot to satisfy your Thai cravings 10/10!

Portions are tiny for the price of takeout, bland flavors. The papaya salad has a big pc of cabbage and 4 bites of very spicy papaya salad which cost $11. Containers are very small in size and the salad has no taste other than overly spicy. The Thai green curry is the saddest green curry I ever had. The only things in there is dry overly cook chicken, strips of bamboo, few thinly slices of eggplant (not even thai eggplant), and basil leaves for$15. Other places atleast put some carrots, mushrooms, peppers to give it some color. The pork belly in the rice pot pad Thai is soo dry and noodles have no taste other than spicy. The Khao soi curry beef noodle is bland and the beef is too tough to chew, it needs to be tender. Overall was very disappointed with the food, portion, taste, and price.

I preferred delivery and everything came hot and neatly organized. I love Thai iced tea and it definitely hits the spots. The chicken basil is flavory and a great portion. It’s great to have a thai food place locally in the neighborhood without having to go to the city or downtown.

We really like this place. Great customer service and such good food. Better than the park slope joint we used to go to, but much smaller inside. Portions can be bigger, but the coconut chicken soup and veggie rolls are great appetizers to pick from on their lunch menu. Definitely order their Thai iced tea. Best we’ve tried anywhere. Would recommend them
