First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

WHITNEY! Whitney was amazing and we were so grateful to have her as our waitress. I have a gluten and lactose intolerance and she recommended I got the Tri-fecta. I got 2 eggs over easy, gluten free French toast with blueberry syrup and regular syrup, and 2 apple sausages. WAS SO GOOD!
Mason got the honey chipotle chicken hash off of the seasonal menu and he said it was so good he didn’t want to leave any leftovers!

Great spot to have a nice brunch. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict with salmon. The breakfast burger was also very delicious and pretty fresh. The service was friendly and attended. You can sit nice outside at the Patio. The housemate juices drinks are also very good. Price performance is okay.

Uhm WOW I think this is the best breakfast place I’ve been to in the Birmingham area. All of the food was flipping DELISH!! The carrot pancakes were incredible and unique and everything was so fresh. My BLTE was delicious. We also got the open faced chicken salad and the biscuits and gravy and both were phenomenal. Service was great. We had Stacey. She was kind and attentive!! Got everything we asked for. I have no complaints. Not cheap but the food is worth the price for SURE!! And actually you can get two MASSIVE pancakes for under $10 so it’s affordable depending on what you get. Everyone was so pleased!! Tons of leftovers too. Big portions. My uncle said “this sh*t tastes like Christmas!!”

I had the honey, bacon, Brussel sprout bowl with two eggs and lemon lavender drink. Hubby had traditional eggs Benedict with the kale lemon cucumber drink. Both delicious I did order a side if the artisan toast and it was excellent, I can’t wait to try more things on the menu. Our waiter was excellent, friendly and highly efficient also.

Perfect brunch experience! We decided to try First Watch because all the other breakfast restaurants were JAMMED! No regrets! Tried the seasonal purple haze, million dollar bacon, Floridian French toast, and the Chikichanga! Everything exceeded our expectations, taste and service wise ! Our daughter also enjoyed her kids belgian waffle meal.

Went on a busy Sunday- waited 30 minutes. They were missing a server and one of the cooks went home sick. Our server did his best to get us our food however we did wait nearly 30 minutes. Totally worth it!! Food was delicious and I’ll be going back again
