Preordered my pizza to come on my lunch break to have it fresh but when I got here pizza was all burnt and hard I asked her to make me more fresh she complained and gave me a look when finally made more 20+ minutes later still came out burnt. Very unacceptable. When someone orders online it is because they want fresh pizza. Even if not ordering online. In general that’s what yall work there to do.

It’s Little Caesars a budget pizza place so I don’t expect much. The food was okay. Not great, but that’s what I expect. Atmosphere is non-existent which is fine. The only issue that I have is that this location tends to be very short-staffed. I arrived 10 minutes after the latest time estimate provided to me and my food hadn’t even been started yet. It was 3:00 in the afternoon, not even close to peak business and this is a common occurrence at this location. The staff was friendly but very clearly overworked. Overall, I’d say don’t set your expectations too high and probably give it an extra 20 or so minutes past what they tell you to when picking up food

My order was supposed to be ready after ordering online and still wasn’t in the portal when I arrived to the store. Last time I came here I didn’t even get a chance to order because no one ever came to the counter to take my order or greeted me to let me know they’ll be with me shorty I called out for someone and was ignored. Smallest Little Caesars I’ve been in yet. I’ll say this and that’s Employees should talk to owners before giving people a hard time about pictures for a Google review. As the review can make the difference of people visiting this location. I’d say more but I’ll scratch it up to this person must have been having a rough day and we’ve all had those. Other than that the place was pretty clean and tidy and love their pre-order pizza ready warming stations. Can’t beat a hot and ready extra Pepperoni extra cheese large pizza for $6.99. You can NOT dine in at this location.

It was okay. I think they gave me an old box because there was old dried cheese under the pizza like someone dropped a slice or two upside down but there was also burnt crusty brown stuff in the box and a piece of onion on the top part of the box even though I got pepperoni. Cleanliness was minimal. Service was shallow and pedantic.

I would give a zero stars if I could. This location is the worst location I have been to. The pizza is horrible!! It is always burnt and hard. I even tried it at different times of the day. I ordered the crazy puffs on both occasions and I couldn’t bite into them. I even checked them before leaving and complained and the girl switched them out to have them the same way. She said it was from the same batch. The pizza is the same way. The pictures you see in the other reviews is exactly what you get. Do not go to this location. The service is just as bad. I rather drive further to get better pizza than go here. I went to another location and I tild the girl there about this location, and she said sge has worked there and it is the worst. That alone should say something.

This place needs new management. They don’t know how to get orders out in a timely fashion. If you need more staff then hire more staff. Yall truely suck at this location. They upgraded yall equipment and yall still just as slow. Just close down the whole location. Poor management and slow staff.

I ordered my food at 3:33 on Oct 19. via the app. It said my order would be ready for pickup through the drive through between 4:03 to 4:08. I sat in the drive through for 28 minutes. No one ever came to the window AT ALL. AT 4:32 I went inside to request a refund. The lady making the pizza had a funky attitude and was moving extra slow. ( there were 8 customers inside.) I looked at the app and my pizza was even in the oven. I left without my food because I had a hungry 3 yr old in the car. I will be charging that order back on my acct. Don’t ever go to that location.

I hope they are just having a bad day. We ordered our pizza online and pick up was supposed to be between 6:16 and 6:21. It’s 7:01, they are 45 minutes late and there is no staff at the counter.
