SPRINGHOUSE UPDATE We are excited to announce that SpringHouse will reopen at the restaurant Wednesday, August 14. Reservations can be made by calling 256-215-7080. Our team of chefs utilizes locally and regionally sourced flavors to create a modern version of southern classical cuisine. While the style is modern, inspiration is drawn from the rich history of the region and classic sensibilities. Daily updates of the menu reflect the best of what is available.

I cannot say enough about my experience at SpringHouse! We were lucky enough to sit at the Chef’s counter and were blown away! The venue is stunning! The staff were so personable and helpful, including everyone behind the counter! We tried food that combined flavors we couldn’t imagine! Do not leave without dessert! And if that were enough, we got to catch the beautiful sunset on the deck!

Absolutely incredible experience at SpringHouse. Every detail was on point—from the beautifully plated farm-to-table dishes to the warm, elevated atmosphere. The thanksgiving meal wasn’t quite up to par as recent years.
The salmon was cold and slimy texture. No one in the party of 7 much touched it.
Service wise, no refills, we were seated on the back porch and a service staff member tried his best to keep the outside curtain drawn from wind but wasn’t successful.
The cupcake for dessert was served with nothing. Just a frozen cupcake on a plate, we could have gotten a room temperature cupcake from Publix which would have been much better.
With the prices paid for this meal service and quality need to be a bit better.
