TLDR: Skip the flavorless gastro-intestinal pain this place offeres and grab a decent frozen pizza at the grocery store instead.
The order: Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza (extra sauce) and two different varieties of boneless wings.
The good: Ordering online was easy and the outsourced delivery (Door Dash) was timely.
The bad: Both the pizza and the wings lacked an adequate amount of sauce, much less the extra sauce I specified for the pizza.
So I had a dry, mostly tasteless pie and a pile generic chicken nuggets where the “spicy garlic” and “garlic parmesan” flavors were mere suggestions.
On top of that, I woke up in the middle of the night with some digestive… unpleasantness.
Parting thoughts: Look, I know where I’m ordering. I don’t need it to be amazing pizza, but I need it to be reasonably good Pizza Hut, especially when I’m paying a delivery fee and a decent tip.
I was feeling lazy, ordered junk food takeout, and I paid (literally) the price for it.

I Love this store. I Love this manager.. Always in a good mood, always cheerful, and on time..I enjoy the vibes and the Pizza is outstanding! I asked for “janky cut fun chaos” and Love how they cut it! Life is short. Eat Pizza.

We had family in town and I placed an order for 8 single topping large pizzas at 630 am the day of and paid in full for our order. At 130 pm, I received a voicemail from the manager stating that because they were a small store, there was no way they could handle my order. I called back and spoke with the manager and was willing to be flexible (vary pick up times, have the families order separately such as 4 families ordering 2 pizzas each-which doesn’t seem like an incredibly overwhelming number for a Sunday night). However, the manager refused to be flexible, repetitively stating she didn’t want to “waste food or product” (which is hard to understand the concern when we pre-ordered and paid in full) and she was incredibly busy getting things ready for the day and she would be unable to fill our order (we hadn’t scheduled pickup until hours later and again, completely flexible that if we needed to schedule multiple pick ups we would). Overall, such poor customer service inevitably ending in excuses and rudeness that I ended the phone call. On a side note, we were able to turn around and order from a competitor with no issues. It will be hard to return to this store after this experience.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. No delivery available, and the pickup was a disaster. Pizza Hut estimated 35min, and emailed me to say it was ready. I showed up to a long line and only one employee trying to cover the register, the phone, online orders and the kitchen. Duri.g this time, she had to call IT to stop the deluge of online orders, and to do some sort of refund . After waiting 20min in line, she informed me that she hadn’t even started baking my pizzas, but she took my online payment and then tipped herself in cash. Apparently, this prevented her from cancelling my order. So, I had to wait for another 35-40 min for her to get around to making the food. I bet 7 other people came in and cancelled their orders during that time. She kept saying that her coworkers didn’t show up because they were too busy playing online games. When I finally got the pizzas, she screwed up the toppings

Took a Pizza out of the warmer box and said she was adding a topping. Sausage rolled off the Pizza,we were both super hungry from the days travels or would have walked out and gone to McDonald’s. Can’t understand Corporate not closing it down or replacing the owner. Just terrible PIZZA, you have been warned !!!!!

I order 2 large pizzas through the app,and it told me in 15min I can pick it up! I arrived in 13mins and when I got there my pizza was cold. The lady at the front end gave me a hard time to remake my order she seem very nonchalant and could care less about my order.this will be my last visit there

The thing I order most from Pizza Hut is their baked veggie pasta. There’s something about the veggies I find so delicious. I also enjoy the personal pan pizza. If you like brownies then you should try the ones from Pizza Hut, chewy, chocolatey goodness. Prices may be a wee bit more than regular fast food places but the food is good. Delivery time is excellent, most of the time my order arrives within 30 minutes. Never more than 45 unless they say it may be an hour depending on the busy times. That’s to be expected when an order is placed during busy hours.

Original rating was a one ⭐️. There has definitely been improvement. Last order wasn’t as good as it should’ve been, but compared to past experiences at this location, definitely a lot better. Hope they can keep it up and remain consistent on prepping food and orders.

One time my pizza was delivered, opened the pizza and I could literally see the bottom of the pizza box threw my pizza….no joke. Huge whole. They clearly don’t care what they send out. Very poorly managed and over priced. I’ve complained to corporate each time, instead of fixing the problem they just send you coupons or free pizza code. Don’t waste your time or money on this Pizza Hut! Better places in town for pizza. Surprised the place is still in business to be honest.
