Large cheeseburger, not large, use to be about size of a whopper, was size of normal burger, Bun was super thick, like and inch or more. Very very disappointed. My mom gave 1/2 to the dogs. If I could go back in time, I would have saved the $30+. Was much different about 6 or 8 months ago. I struggled with whether or not to post a review, my family has lived in NS for over 50 years, we have always loved Diary Dip. We may give it another try again in a few months.

Denise the “manager” CUSSED me out and told me to go to McDonald’s when I asked for a refund. I waited 25 mins for my food and when I got it, food was ICE cold. I asked them to warm it up. I got my burger back hot as can be! All of it (ketchup, lettuce, pickels, bun all hot) it was so unappetizing. The bread was falling apart from being soggy. My lettuce and pickles were so nasty after being warmed up. So ya I asked for a refund and Denise absolutely cussed me out and belittled me. I’ve never been treated like that from anyone in customer service let alone a MANAGER. I asked for the owner and she laughed and said he wouldn’t care and refused to leave a message for him or let me speak to him. I will NEVER go back and Denise needs fired.

New owners have lowered the prices, and the food is DELICIOUS!! This used to be a place you come once in a blue moon, but now since the prices are cheaper, you can come often!(we will) 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I have been going to buried it since I was a kid and I’m 39 now. I have worked there and my first job or one of my first jobs and always loved their food. I Was always excited to come back to town just so I can order food from there. Well, I was highly disappointed today. When the new owners apparently took over they changed the food. I can no longer get my hot ham and cheese with the ham they used to have. Pizza ham is not the same. Also, the mini mozzarella sticks is not that anymore and Cheese cubes are burnt. Those are my 3 favorite things and 2 I can’t get anymore. I wish then luck in continuing but I can say I probably won’t be back. It breaks my heart.
