Horrible service. We came at 2:40 and they weren’t taking any other orders. Mind you they closed at 3:30, I’d understand closing the kitchen at 3 but this is ridiculous. And when you order online it still tells you it’s open. By 3:03 they had packed everything up and workers had left.

Nasty food always cold & dry like it been sitting there for hours.. You ask for something when you look at your food is not there.. I thought It was have it your way. When you ask for fresh food they say we can’t do that is busy. Hello is fast food it gets done quick. So today is busy.

I’m disappointed with Burger King’s online delivery packaging. Orders are handed off in a paper bag that is not sealed, taped, or secured in any way, which makes the delivery feel unsafe and unhygienic.
Many other fast-food chains close delivery bags with tape or stickers so customers can clearly see that the order wasn’t opened. Burger King should improve their delivery packaging and use tape or stickers for online orders to help ensure customer safety and trust

It was my go-to BK for years. Food as good as fast food gets, and really nice people working here. Unfortunately they opted out of mobile app offers so there is no incentive to go here anymore.

My experience a this BurgerKing was awful, I ordered food online through it app, and after a hour of me placing the order i checked the app and it kept saying that they were preping my order. I try to cancel it and i couldn’t do it, so i contacted customer support and explained the situation, and the agent just told me that it was not their responsability because that order was out of delivery, and it says that it was delivered but the driver didn’t contact me, and i was never saw that my order was on the way. Customer sastifaction is not their priority

Horrible and risk taking location! My husband ordered an Impossible Whopper for me WITHOUT pickles (see receipt) and a plain burger only with ketchup for one of our kids. Of course, my burger was covered with four slices of the largest pickles I have ever had on a burger, and my kid‘s burger was missing the ketchup. Both things happened also already last week at the same location! Not funny and if someone is allergic, it can actually be life threatening! Luckily I‘m not, but I hate pickles! I hope management will take appropriate action, but looking at the other comments, I doubt it. I will also inform Burger King!

I’m glad I’m not the only one disappointed by the double cheeseburger. This location only uses one slice of cheese, even if you order -and pay for- an extra slice. At this point, I can only assume that the owners or management are instructing the staff to do so. The double cheeseburger is my Burger King go-to, so it’s annoying that I can’t get what I want at the location closest to me. I would give one star, but the employees are friendly and the place is always very clean.
