Columbia has a great little secret! This place was really good. The chips and salsa were pretty good. The salsa had a little kick to it. My friends got a taco salad and the other one got a beef quesadilla. I got too chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. The food was hot. It was really good. So if you are looking for some good Mexican food, stop by in Columbia and get a bite. You won’t be disappointed!

We are from Atlanta and want to stop in to try there food before leaving… I am very much surprised. There spinach dip, spinach quesadilla, spinach enchiladas, and there chicken nachos was all delicious. Don’t see much reviews on here about them. So it was a must to write a good review for them. Keep up the good work! Back to the ATL we go.

I ordered take out. Hamburger was so soggy. They did offer a refund . The problem was that I live outside of Louisiana and it was month before I made it back. The owner said they don’t refund after a month. I told her the pictures I showed her would be on a review of her place; she said go ahead and hung up on me.

Clean establishment, good service ,food brought out in timely fashion..only reason for the 4 stars is ..the charge for gratuity..18% we had 3 adults 2 babies and 1 child ..and outside of restaurant is not very appealing but all in all a good place to eat ..

The name of the restaurant has actually changed to Gonzales’. The food was VERY good (and I admit to being extremely picky.) I had tacos carbon (one chicken and one beef.) Both were delicious. But, their refried beans? They were the best I’ve had at any restaurant (and I’ve been to hundreds of them.) Everything was perfectly seasoned.
They do struggle a little on service for those that do not speak Spanish, but they tried very hard and made our orders JUST right.
When/if I make it back to Columbia for a visit, I will come back to eat here.

Love this place! Their enchiladas are excellent, I get them everytime I go.
Very friendly service. The chips and salsa are great while you wait for your food. They serenade you on your birthday and let you wear their sombrero and take pictures. Very fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for families.

Place is expensive… Like super expensive. And waiter took 15 minutes to take our order when we were the only ones in their. Salsa was jalapenos. Food bland. And I had a child 9 years old and asked for nachos with cheese and beef… Charged for adult size plate… And almost $4 a drink. $10 a bowl a white cheese and waiter was always playing on phone and other girl behind counter was eating behind counter not taking our order. But more than glad to star at us and ignore that we were even there.
