The regional manager Tresa Cox-Gray charged me a cup that I bought that morning at 11:30 am.when I went to fill it up at 4:45 pm and said it was stealing when that was the first time in my life that I heard that a refill on a cup you already purchased is once again charged full price for the same cup. I am extremely disappointed in the service I got today and will tell others about my experience of today and what I was told if this is the service and experience that is passed down to the employees I am hoping they get better leadership than what I witnessed today.

Awesome employees. Very friendly and helpful. The sandwich artist gave us some entertainment with our order. That was fun. Nicole is great, she is a manager there. She helped us get our daughter’s lost coat back. Overall, it was a great experience here at this subway.

Store manager was extremely rude to myself and my wife. When asked questions about the menu she would smart off and roll her eyes and state it’s up there. Made a comment that I can’t read your mind. Really short and inpatient with us as we started our order. Will not go back there. Poor attitude.

Went in to get a Spicy Italian sub for dinner, the young short guy behind the counter was on his cell phone and when he noticed me waiting he told whoever he was talking to he had to go , came out and said “what can I get you ? ” , No Hey, “Welcome to Subway” or nothing, he acted like it was an issue to put together a sandwich, didn’t offer to ask me if I wanted a drink or chips or anything else, just slapped the sandwich together as quick as he could and took my money, bad customer service , I’m glad I don’t live here to go again, I wouldn’t.. Subway Fresh, Subway needs some fresh help that knows customer service rather than someone who is just there for the money, he don’t deserve $15.00 an hour ..

The service and food here was horrible! How can you not have an order ready when it was emailed to you 4 days ago? And you missed 8 sandwiches and the bread was hard and stale. I will never come here again! Going to Krystals next time.
