Love the cold stone ice cream but the service of this place is not consistent and lack of management. The two girls were talking the whole time towards the ice cream when mixing without masks. I ordered three big boxes of ice cream 48oz each and two of them are not filled up to the top considering they are $20 a box. Really bad experience!

This is by far my favorite place for great ice cream! The flavors are absolutely delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from not to mention all of the mix in options. The portions sizes are great! My favorite is one scoop of mint and one scoop of dark choclate with a browine! The customer service is awesome! This is the perfect place to go on a hot New Mexico day they understand that because the A/C is always cranked up. Definately reccomend coming here!

I love Cold Stone Creamery! I bring my Granddaughter here once a week, because she does great in school. She loves this outing with her Grandpa. Come out and enjoy their ice cream. I just tried their signature caramel apple ice cream and, “Wow”! Their service is wonderful too!

This is one of my favorite places to get ice cream here in town. My favorite one to order is their signature Banana Caramel Crunch. The staff are always fast and nice and make it exactly how I want. I like to get this with the cheesecake or sweet cream ice cream instead of the french vanilla. I also substitute the almond slivers for coconut. Would recommend!!

Staff was on vacation mode, and restaurant just had one family in dining area.
When my boyfriend went back for spoons that weren’t placed in our bag to go they seemed bothered.
Then while eating out ice cream home we found out they messed up the order. Mine didn’t have pecans or berries, and his didn’t have raspberries and they added peanut butter not requested. What if he was allergic? Anyway, over priced ice cream, with rude staff and not careful to follow instructions for ingredients.
