New York Squares is on another level! You cannot find pizza like this anywhere and they have so many combinations you can try. The pizza is delicious and the owners run the business together and are great people who treat you like family! They offer gluten free & dairy free, my wife said it is the best gluten free pie she’s ever had and I agree! My favorite is sausage & pepperoni. Do yourself a favor and go experience New York Squares!

I’ve gotta tell you this is THEE BEST gluten free I’ve EVER, EVER had anywhere. The grandma pie is perfection to me. It has great quality products straight from Italy. The owners are so awesome, kind and will do whatever to make you happy. I’m a frequent customer weekly and always cant wait for the weekend. Rest of my family has said the regular is some of the best they’ve ever had too, and we love pizza. Don’t sit on this place. Say hi and because familia.

Today was our first time visiting and it is easily the best pizza in town. The crust is thick, soft, but has this awesome buttery crunch too and the sauce was so good. We went with the basic pepperoni (the good kind that turn into tiny little cups of happiness) but we will definitely be returning to try other options.

My partner and I have been on the hunt for amazing pizza and we found it here at New York Squares in Independence OR. Just a short 15 minute drive from Salem where we live but well worth the trip. (Honestly we can’t find any “really good” pizza in Salem and trust me we’ve tried just about every place. Sorry Salem.) I ordered the White Pie and since I really enjoy the spicier side of life I went ahead and added Mike’s Hot Honey as well as some pickled peppers right from the start. To be honest I always add my flair when nothing about this pie needed tweaking to begin with but man, the end was result was OMG YUM! This pizza was perfectly assembled with the love and care any good pizza deserves. The crust was a delicious combination of fluffy and chewy surrounded by a nice crispy outter layer. Topped with lots of mozzarella and generous dollops of creamy ricotta scattered throughout then finished with a light drizzle of flavorful garlic infused olive oil. Absolutely scrumptious. The owners were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting it up with them. If you’re searching for real flavor and a satisfied stomach then you gotta check this place out . “Bravo” to the owners. We applaud. And we will definitely be back.

This pizza is so so so good. Incredible sauce, crust, and ingredients. You can do 4 different slices on the pie and customize your pizza as you like. I absolutely can’t wait to go back. I eat a lot of pizza and have tried tons of pizza all over Oregon, this is at the peak for me. The owner is also super nice and just passionate about pizza the vibes were immaculate!! My partner and I can’t wait to come back!

Found this gem while traveling from WA to OR for a baseball tournament. Easy 10/10. Cute little spot, family owned and run which is the best types of restaurants to find! The pizza, everything about it was so good. Very authentic and quality ingredients. Best crust and sauce hands down! It was great that you could get up to 4 different pizzas all on one pie so we were able to try different flavors without having to buy more than one pie!

This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. My wife and I agree, the Pepperoni Supreme is our favorite. We haven’t tried them all but we will! If you’re not near by it’s worth the drive. Everyone needs to try, I highly recommend. 6 stars.

Awesome pizza. Strolled in around 7:00 PM on a Friday without calling ahead and was still able to get a pizza. Great crust and flavorful toppings. Lovely service too. Took out pizza to-go to Parallel 45 Brewing next door.

New York Squares in Independence blew us away! The pizza was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food. On top of that, the service was outstanding. The owner was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Hands down some of the best pizza around. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came here for the first time and got half the Buffalo Chicken and half Diavola- SO good! Neither of us could really decide which was the favorite, because both were cooked to absolute perfection, full of flavor, and so fresh.
The owners and staff were really nice and willing to answer our questions- the seating area is clean, with lots to look at. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend if you’re in the area to give these guys a try. So worth it.
