I came through very enthusiastic to try another burger spot in the valley but unfortunately for my taste buds I left unsatisfied. I will have to give them a 10/10 on the freshness of all the food but as for taste it was a huge missssss and a solid 6/10. The burger was cooked to perfection (even the buns used were very fresh) but I did not taste a lick of seasoning. Same goes for the Mac and cheese balls. All there was to it was a hit of spiciness to make up for the lack of flavor ???? I hate to say it but I had high expectations.
Parking is not too scarce and the vibe of the location is a 10/10. Price was also not too bad compared to other burger spots.

I don’t even eat burgers like that and this one really hit the spot. I got the original stoop with tots and a Hawaiian Punch. The sizes are huge. The burger was everything. The space was perfect with all the options to sit and mist for the hit day. A little bit of a wait but that’s okay. Would definitely recommend! There’s street parking if you can find it but also a paid parking lot across the street.

The food here is mouthwatering good! From the burgers to the tots to the mac and cheese balls, so good! The service was friendly, but when we arrived, we waited in line behind what seemed to be friends/a girlfriend of a worker (assuming, but they were kissing). I don’t mind that at all! But after waiting for them to be done after 3-5 minutes, it seemed a little too much. Still highly recommend to check out this spot!

Downtown Phoenix and craving burgers. Stoop kid came on the radar. They have 8 to different options. I chose the double burner. A double brisket delight. I give this monster 2 thumbs up.

This spot is part of a food court. Open seating. Breakfast sandwiches only Friday/Saturday/Sunday. But they have one with fried egg on lunch menu that is just as fire. I added my hand brown to it. For both, about $17. Highly recommend!

How can a delivery burger be this delicious? Got the Regular with tots, and both were perfect. Tots still hot and crispy, the patty was the most smashed patty I’ve ever seen, crusty but still juicy. Love the sauce and pickles, no notes. They nailed it.

I recently visited Stoop Kid, a tiny burger spot downtown, and overall, I had a good experience. The burgers were pretty decent…. juicy and flavorful, though they could have used a bit more seasoning to really make them stand out. With just a little more seasoning, these burgers could be out of this world! Same as the fries….
One thing that puzzled me, though, was the lack of bottled water. It was a super hot day, and I would have gladly purchased 2-3 bottles if they had them available. C’mon, Stoop Kid, in this heat, bottled water is a must!
Funny thing is, I asked for a bottle water, and they said they don’t sell bottled water. Then I saw someone with a Monster Can drink, turns out to be water in a can. So apparently, they sell can water…. I’m thinking, she could have sold me that, but then again, who wants to walk around with an open can drink on a hot day…
Overall, I’d recommend stopping by for a bite, but hopefully, they’ll reconsider offering bottled water soon!

If I could give more stars I would. I’m never disappointed when I come here. The dude is so friendly, I should know his name by now. I’ve tried every bagel sammie by now and all are delicious. I also don’t gravitate towards smashed burgers but these are great! Don’t get me started on the desserts too. Another plus is the monthly specials, they’re always cooking up something new. Only negative is my lunch break makes hard to grab from their lunch menu but maybe they’ll let me if I ask nicely at 1130, that’s close enough right?

Nice service & really yummy burger! I got the Sunny. Flavors are great but it’s a really bready sesame bun which isn’t usually my favorite, it’s just a really heavy meal. But for $13ish it’s a great size
