Friendly staff,fast service!! Staff went above and beyond my expectations today ,when I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger no bun plus other stuff, they gave me a small container with a nice jr bacon cheeseburger no bun and instead the bun they put lettuce to make a delicious sandwich!! Staff provided utensils even condiments!!! Outstanding job!!

This is my 2nd time coming here and the atmosphere is clean and quiet. The ladies greeted me upon entrance, very friendly, the food has always been hot & fresh. No complaints here. I will be back. Thanks Wendy’s for making this customers experience great!

Abysmal. Definetly the worst wendys I’ve been to. They consistently have zero customer service (handing me food without saying a word, no thank you or have a good day) and screw up my order more than any other fast food location. Last time, I had all 3 of the items in my order be wrong, one of which they didn’t even give me initially, i had to go back in. Fries were only filled half way. When I confront the women at the front I get no apologies, no attempt to take responsibility, just cold indifference. If you can’t even manage to put the fries in the bag then quit. Worst part, the salt on the wound was seeing their “customer satisfaction” award inside, what an absolute lie.

My biggest issue with this location is that I’m surprised when the drink I order tastes the way it’s supposed to. I don’t know what exactly is going on, but when I order a meal from this location, there is 95% that my drink won’t taste right. All the drinks are consistently watered down and I’m honestly just tired of dealing with it. The food is always fine and I rarely have bad interactions with the staff, but I’d honestly suggest avoiding this place on the drinks alone. Either no one pays attention to when the machine needs a refill on the syrup, or someone is deliberately getting the mix wrong to save money. To clarify, this only seems to happen with drinks at the drive thru. I have had to go in and replace the drink with one from the dispenser in the dining area and that has always fixed the issue. Just a heads up for anyone that bothers reading these.

I had hair in my food. I called when I went back I was on a break from work and I was told I could not have my meal replaced in the drive through! No apologies just an add extra inconvenience! Worst service ever! Poor customer service. An God forbid you ask for a sauce packet they act like that is a horrible question. They might even say we don’t have sauce. I asked if they wanted to see the photo as proof. I was told no. Then they replaced the food but wouldn’t give my son a drink. He had to pay 4 dollars to replace a drink from a 5.00 meal. I was trying Order on call and this lady just hangs up on me and she was so mean and we only like we’re on the call for like two seconds and it was not here. It’s the worst place ever never ever ever go to Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Taco Bell and any other place like Chick-fil-A is better than Wendy’s never ordered at Wendy’s stupid place dump.

Food has become kind of subpar at Wendy’s. Sandwiches are very very bready. Taste ok but nothing great.
