Spent $40 here just now for my husband and myself. Got home, my sandwich was so poorly wrapped it leaked through the foil and the bag it was in and landed on the ground in my driveway. Opened it and saw this mess. Couldn’t even touch it because for starters it was gross and then I wouldn’t have been able to even if I wanted to with this monstrosity waiting. Very disappointing and seems to be a regular thing at this specific location.

My husband made the 20 minute drive back into town to ask if they would just replace it. They said it wasn’t their problem that it happened and wouldn’t replace it without payment. He said they were extremely rude to him when he brought it to their attention and showed him what it looked like. Ended up spending more money on the same thing even though he brought the whole sandwich back untouched. The second one that I paid for was perfectly made and could have featured in a commercial for yall. I will be reaching out.

I literally paid 32.76 for a whole hamburger sub, a half turkey song, and 2 mozz sticks and they were literally rushing me the entire time I had to repeat my order five times and I’m not even joking. And there was literally only cheese on the whole stop and nothing else not even mayo or nothing. So how come that’s so hard to understand? And then when I was paying I felt very rushed like I wasn’t even barely done paying and they were already shoving me over for the next customer not a good environment the workers seemed very aggravated as well

Ordered 2 hoagie, 2 fries n small beverage n came to over $25???!??!!?
I asked if they put us down for 4 by mistake hahaha
When I opened my fries I was really disappointed in the portion size. BLT was okay but could’ve used more B, steak was decent but not filling.
