The staff are friendly and caring but perhaps they were short staffed the day dined because they forgot to bring my tea and we were halfway done with our pho before the fresh rolls arrived.
The Vegan pho was outstanding except for one major flaw. It was extremely salty. Like someone accidentally dumped in the whole bad of salt. I loved the veggies, and large portion of noodles as well as the delicious mushrooms in my pho but our whole family ordered the Vegitable pho with Vegitable broth and it was too salty.
I would be willing to give them another try becauseai coukd tell the staff really put their heart into their work.
Unfortunately, I think the buildings heat was broken because we were freezing. There was one janky space heater out in the restaurant and everyone else kept their winter jackets and hoodies on.
I do not recommend the fresh rolls. They were bland, no veggies, just noodles.

Chicken was undercooked and the floor was a greasy mess. Only one young server who requested a cash tip after poor service because supposedly the owners dont share debit/credit tips with him. Nice fish tank though:)

I’m a traveler and my go to is always Vietnamese food. I’ve had really really good Vietnamese food across several different states and really bad ones. Guess where this restaurant falls…. I ordered thru doordash to deliver to my hotel. I ordered the beef and onions vermicelli bun and the chicken wings. And spent a total of 40$. The wings were small, barely any meat on the bones and I’m not sure how it was cooked bc the texture was soft skin but tough meat like old dry tasting. Usually the wings are fried then tossed in house special sauce. The sauce was okay but best part was the onions and peppers they added to it. The beef and onion bun under the specialty noodles was overly seasoned with a strong type of seasoning that made my tongue taste funny after a while. The house sauce it came with was too pungent, maybe too much fish sauce. Together with the house/fish sauce and the overly seasoned beef, the dish became an overly pungent seasoned meal. I ate most of this sad shameful food bc that’s all I had in the hotel and I didn’t want to dish out more money to another possibly bad restaurant. Sadly this restaurant has high reviews on doordash.

I would have scored them five stars but today was the first day I’ve ever had any issue with my food. Plain and simple my wings just could have been way crispier like they normally are other than that everything is always on point. Flavors are awesome. The fish sauce chicken wings are amazing!!! I’m always happy with my meal. And even happier to top it off with one of their awesome avocado milkshakes. By the time my on-trade got there I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of that in my milkshake but my appetizers made the reel

After shopping at Alderwood mall on a rainy Saturday afternoon, I looked up a few pho spots within the area and came across Pho 36. I was a little hesitant to give the place a try at first as I have a favorite pho spot further south (on my way home) but am so happy I gave this place a chance. The place had a few tables, and the workers seemed quite busy but I was greeted warmly and seated quickly. The place was noticeably clean too. I ordered the vegetable and fried tofu pho with beef broth and a side of egg rolls. To my delight, they gave me 4 eggs for $8. The broth was some of the best savory broth I’ve ever had and there was an assortment of vegetables (broccoli, bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, green onion) unlike other places that only give you carrots and broccoli. This place has 5 stars in my book and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

I ordered two rolls for eggs and shrimp and the front cashier said yes there won’t be meats inside eggs roll and shrimp rolls, I don’t want eat meat neither chicken, however I took the order blindly and saw both rolls has pork meat on it, I was completely disappointed and has to throw up, and return back one item and he refund me for eggs pork rolls, however the next day I open the shrimp rolls and found pork on it too. I called him to address the concern but he said I can’t do
anything now. So rude and bad customer service. He lied to me to sell his rolls. I did feed to duck and fish over the lake.

Large portions. Clean soup. Good amount of meat. But it’s bland. I wish they served more bean sprouts with the pho. The menu was cute with illustrations, but it was hard to read.

I’m in shocked. Ordered some food to take out today and until I warmed them up at home and ready to eat, I can barely see few slices of meats, and the broth was extremely salty. With how much I paid for the meals, it’s a bit too pricey for what I have gotten. Hopefully the manager’s restaurant read this and make this place better.

I used to go across the street for pho but different times call for different measures. The service here is great, I never felt like I was forgot about or misunderstood. I have always received my dishes in a timely manner. I really love the broth for the PHO which is key to a good bowl. They used just the right amount of beef, broth and noodle ratio. Whether you dine in or take out you get the same quality of food and service.
